The staff was great and everything was clean. I really like the layout of the room. The pool was great, we hit it every time we walked back from the beach. We ate breakfast at the in lobby restaurant. It was good.

This place says it's a beachfront property. It is a short walk to the beach, but it is not beach front. I paid extra for an ocean view, which was true. You could see the ocean between two large hotels that are between this hotel and the ocean.

Love the location, the hotel is very clean and nice.

I don’t like that they don’t tell you the ONLY parking is off property (paid parking) or with their valet which is $35 a day. This added $115 to my bill, just would have been nice to know ahead of time.

Hotel was beautiful! From the rooms, to the lobby, to the pool/hot tub. It was all amazing.

Most of the staff were friendly. The real issue we had was with housekeeping. Upon arrival, we were not informed that we had to request housekeeping each morning. We found that out the next day after we got back to a messy room. The next day we requested it and some of the garbage was not taken out and we did not get fresh towels. The following day, we requested again, and the room was not even touched! We had a very poor experience from this standpoint.

Had to book this last minute due to a problem with the hotel that we had originally booked for New Year. Location was further out of town than we would have preferred, but it was worth a compromise of location for the quality of accommodation. We didn’t use any of the facilities in the hotel, but there is a really lovely little Beach café 5 minutes walk away. We attempted breakfast in the hotel one morning but the one staff member was so overloaded with work we gave it a miss. Parking is really expensive at $40 per night for guests where as in more central locations, much more expensive hotels only charge $25.

The property was excellent. I would recommend no one though use .Booking.com. Horrible experience with Bookings.com. Customer service is horrible. Hotel, though great. Had family emergency had to leave day early. Had hotel permission even agreed to refund. Bookings.com told me yes also then told me no refund. Horrible experience with them. Some Indian guy hung up on me. Told me we don't do refunds, period.

Great location, close to the beach. Nice, modern property with a pleasant bar and restaurant. I had drinks and one lunch there and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my shoes in the room and when I came back to get them about an hour later, they were able to find them for me. (They said they normally "disposed" of left items immediately, which sort of surprised me, but thankfully they said they recognized that these were nice shoes and saved them!) There were amenities in the lobby for sale, which was nice. Room was very comfortable and well appointed, and they offered cleaning services by request.

Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows wonderful temperature control in the room beautiful showers. Hallways were quiet and clean as it was the elevator and pool area. Although there were a few staff who we interacted with at the front desk and restaurant was always a positive experience.

The room was smaller than expected, with no surfaces or enough drawers to place our clothing. I was also very disappointed that there was not a safe in the room. This would be the number one reason that I would not return.

The property is a wonderful new modern-style hotel in a quiet neighborhood------less than a one-half block walk (across Ocean Boulevard) to the beach. The restaurant/bar (adjacent to the main lobby) is very well appointed with an excellent selection of well-priced casual-style food selections. We thoroughly enjoyed our two breakfasts and one dinner. The staff were all very accommodating during our stay.
