The room was clean and comfortable. It was a little on the small side but as we were only staying one night it was good. The bathroom and shower facilities were very nice. The person we were in contact with was very helpful and even arranged a cab to take us to the cruise ship which was really appreciated.

The room could have been a bit bigger and perhaps some written material on what amenities were in the local area would have been helpful.

The property is with in walking distance to the beach. Very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and outside lounges. We were pleasantly surprised that our room was upgraded. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

This is such a great place to stay! The room was so cute and clean. I love the high ceilings as well. The gated pool was nice and clean as well. My car had broken down while staying and I notified the owner who was so kind! He allowed us to keep our things on the premises until we could get picked up by the dealership could pick us up, he helped us carry things out, and we even got a message from the owner afterwards checking up on us to see if we were ok.

This indeed is the true definition of don't judge a book by it's cover. The outside gives motel but hear me out! The best I've seen in a longtime for someone who travels and book hotel alot. This is simply amazing, very modern, super clean and as soon as you enter the room you can smell the freshness. We'll maintained room and pool. Very smooth check in process. Felt safe and the room was very cozy and comfortable. I will keep this on my list for when I am in Fort Lauderdale again. Self park for free is also a plus!! This location is central and close to the beach and strip. One of my new faves!!!!

The only thing I would add are 2 chairs in the rooms. To sit on so you are not always on the bed.

Nicely renovated, old-school Florida place with a kitchenette and breakfast table inside, good internet, cable TV, etc. The outside seating area was a plus, as was the availability of beach chairs, body boards, and umbrellas to grab and take to the beach around the corner (<5min walk). Friendly staff as well who always asked if we needed anything and resupplied us with towels and k-cups as requested.

The pool is not heated, so not swimmable this time of year (November). There is no toaster or proper coffee maker, just a keurig type coffee machine.

The property was safe/secure, clean and maintained very well, and the spacious rooms had been updated to give a very modern/luxury vibe. A comfortable bed is always a win for me. The room was also well stocked with everything I could have possibly needed and cooled before my arrival. Being that it was about a 5 minute walk from the beach, I loved how the property also had beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas available for free to be used by guest. If the beach isn’t your jam, there was an incredible heated pool right in the middle of the property. Lastly I will say, I most appreciated the ease of checking in and checking out, and the attentiveness of the property manager to any questions or needs. Overall, I had an excellent experience and will stay here again when I’m back in town.

A safe space for a solo traveller. Easy access on arrival. Good communication with personnel. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery, supermarket.

The WiFi was of poor quality. Very spasmodic. Often it was impossible to watch anything for more than a few minutes without poor reception interruption.

Location, parking, pool & almost a apartment feeling. So extremely clean & friendly. Will rebook with many friends

Looked a little run down on the exterior, but not inside. The Hvac in the rooms were not installed with a drain so it dripped & damaged the walls yrs ago.. Which were not fixed. No ice machine & no full lenght mirror. We didn't have water for a few hrs because of Street repair emg. Overall - good spot.
