A small walk to the beach is 7 to 10 minutes. The pool and pool deck area is super clean and maintained. When is come to find a place to eat. There are many, many, many locations for great food. Weather ya go 1.5 mile up the road or down the street 1.5 miles there is a large and wide variety of food to choose from. There is a grocery store 5 minutes walk, with small beer and wine section with lots of variety. Lastly, "Downtown Lauderdale by the sea commons is a 15 to 20 minute walk up the street. With lots of food and bars. The staff is absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful. Very kind and polite. This was a great little getaway. Around a 20 to 25 minute ride to & from the airport. (Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood).

1. Spacious hotel room, well conditioned with AC and two large windows for ample lighting. 2. Tub and toilet are in separate room. 3. In suite mirror and sink are outside the washroom for easy access. 4. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker and safe are included in the room. 5. Access to ice machine on the main floor. 6. Amazing spacious resort outdoor pool area including beach chairs, umbrellas and daybeds. 7. Accessible full single washroom close to pool. 8. Staff were friendly and accommodating. 9. Was allowed to stay and use the resort pool, beach towels and washroom after check-out until transport to Airport. 10. Hotel was only 3 storey high with accessible elevator. 11. Hotel is walking distance to the beach, Lauderdale by the Sea, McDonalds, Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, grocery store, CVS, and more.

1. Washroom lights could use LED light to brighten the room. 2. Room came with two full size beds which were a bit tight. Queen size beds would had been perfect.

I loved the mattress, the size of the room, the olschcool dollar coffee machine, the guests were friendly as well as staff. The price was legit. Little.lounge area outside. Pool looked great. Across from grocery and dunkin donuts 4 coffee

They definitely lie. It's not beach front nor is it a few mins. It's a 8 min walk minimum from either way you walk. The hotels across the st are beachfront and private access. So they probably would be much more efficient to not state that. I chose this hotel for beachfront and airport shuttle non of which is provided. But they taught me about lyft and the why walk shuttle cart.

THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, QUIET, & EASY QUICK CHECK IN, IT WAS VERY RELAXING I HAD NO ISSUES, DOESN’T SERVE BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS FINE THERE’S A FEW RESTAURANTS NEAR BY JUST A FEW STEPS AWAY INCLUDING MCDONALDS , NY DELI, WINN DIXIE SUPERMARKET AND A GREAT RESTAURANT CALLED OCEAN GRILL WITH GREAT BREAKFAST & A QUIET BEACH CALLED LAUDERDALE AT THE SEA BEACH IS A BLOCK AWAY SO ABOUT A 10 MINUTE WALK IF YOU WANT MORE ACTION YOU WILL NEED TO UBER DOWN TO FORT LAUDERDALE BEACH VERY LIVE AREA AND MORE RESTAURANTS ITS ABOUT A 15 MINUTE DRIVE

I didn’t have any issues

The room has a great size and a bath. The common space are clean and tidy. The TV has a good size!

I spent 4 days there, and I haven't seen my room being cleaned at all even though I was out all day long.

I enjoy the hotel , very easy to get to , got my room with no problems, staff was great , pool was nice

Only problem I had was , when we had our room cleaned, our phone charger was damaged when we returned back to our room , when I complained about to the manager he told me that his cleaning crew did not do the damage and also I had a bandanna removed from my room that I had hanging in my room , again the manager said that it wasn’t them and just dismissed my claim as if I made it up

Room was very clean! Location great as it was only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and close to Winne Dixie, McDonalds.

Room.....I had a room with a King Bed. It would nice if an extra table can be added to the room under the TV or even a small bureau with drawers to put clothes in as the Closet space is very limited! Especially when staying for more than a week. Clothes do not all fit in the closet and can't fold them all to fit the smaller wall shelfing.

Nice size deluxe king room. Good bed & hot strong shower! Included fridge & microwave. Easy walk to beach access & Lauderdale by the Sea. (We did not have a car.) Winn Dixie, Liquor Store & great NY Deli for breakfast within 2 blocks. Loved renting beach chairs for $5 per day & checking out beach towels. Staff were constantly cleaning the place!! Also seemed overally very safe area.

Rooms are a bit dark but otherwise everything was great!

Sorry, I stayed here just for one night before my flight back home from Miami airport, so not much I can say. It is clean, the staff is polite, in a good place with many different restaurants around in walking distance. I have spent all my time in the swimming pool with my nephew, swimming pool area is well equipped.

The main thing I do not like in this hotel (don't think anything can be done about it, just for information). I could not find beach access to the beach as there is a line of big hotels along the beach. I am sure there is access to the beach within 5-10 minutes walking, but cannot be sure as I did not get there. I would fight with the government to force all hotels to provide access to the beach as the beach is public!

- pool area ist just next to a busy road so it’s quite loud there - closest beach access is 5-7mins walking distance although the hotel is nearly at the beach front - there are lots of private properties between the hotel and the beach so there is no way through :(
