I stayed here during Miami Art Week, a time when all the hotels on South Beach inflated their prices by almost 3 times, so this was an affordable option in a prime location. It's Collins Avenue, alongside many other hotels, and a few minutes walk from the beach. There are cafes nearby, and a CVS. Public transport to get downtown and north of the city is also closeby (across the street), and great walking distance overall to where I needed to go. The room was cleaned (and cleaned everyday), as well as the bathroom, and spacious for what it was. Fresh towels and options to change bedding also. I didn't have the hotel breakfast and ate at a local cafe every day instead, but that was only 5 minutes walk away. Staff were friendly and enough communal space.

The air conditioning in parts of the building was very high, making it very cold (I say this as someone who had just arrived in Miami from minus temperatures and snowy weather in the UK). So much so that I forgot how warm it was outside. Other guests complained about this too. The no outside food option. I understand it for the shared rooms, but for the communal space, for example, the pool terrace lounge it should have been ok, providing people dispose of trash properly. I found it inconvenient to come back after a long day, and the only option at the hotel was Hoja Taqueria, which had its menu limitations but also was very busy at times. When I did order outside food I ate it uncomfortably on the steps outside the entrance.

The location is great: from the airport you arrive easily with the bus 150, which stops in the parallel road. If you have to go to the airport, instead, the bus stop is right in front of the hostel. The ticket costs 2 dollars and 25 cents. The free bus stops in the same places. The hostel is 3 minutes away, on foot, from the beach, it's well organized, divided in hotel and hostel. Clean, safe and great service.

Fantastic facilities and location, right in the heart of Miami beach. Great public transport nearby (many of said options are FREE) and a fab art deco theme throughout, in tune with much of the rest of Miami beach.

Literally right across the street from the beach! The place has a restaurant and cafe in the lobby. The place is very clean and comfortable and the pool was a very nice surprise! I dont often leave reviews but this place deserves it!

The room was pretty chilly. If there was a way to control the temperature in the room it would be great! But, we were still able to sleep in the cold.

No kitchen no microwave neither a coffee maxhine

Great location. 3 minute walk to the beach. 20mins taxi to Wynwood Walls. 1hr walk along Ocean drive (we got a cab from Wynwood to the end and walked up). The interior looked fresh and inviting. Nice Smeg fridge in the room, useful for keeping water/ drinks cold, etc. Apple TV function, meant I could stream from my iPad. Nice outside space out front to have drinks/ breakfast/ dinner.

Music too loud in the lobby, gave a party hotel vibe. It wasn’t during our stay, thankfully. Our room was opposite the lift, so we heard the pings quite a lot. We were offered 10% off food in the restaurant as we were staying. However we were charged a standard 20% service charge - with no notification. We’re British, so not always crazy about tipping over 10%, especially when it’s not even table service.

-huge lockers -toilet, shower, and sink were separate -2 plug sockets and 2 usb ports near bed -staff were friendly and competent -big shower with shelf space -clean -felt modern with lovely shower and bathroom -bed was long enough, im 5"11 -beautiful lobby -on the beach -bus stops nearby -lots of natural light in the room -full length mirror -place for you to put items within your bed space

these are quite nit picky because there wasnt any big issues -not enough space to sit upright in the bed -mattress was a bit hard for me -not enough sink space - a bit niche but wouldn't recommend if youre going to rolling loud, it takes 2-3hrs to get there with public transport -the shower at times was quite loud

The hostel has a hotel structure, meaning it is fancier than a regular hotel. Location is great: 1 block away from the beach and bus/trolley stop is just in front of the hostel. You can get to/from the airport by taking the bus 150 and without traffic it takes approx 30min to get there. The hostel is in a quiet area, but 20-30 min away by bus from the south of Miami Beach where you have more restaurants/night clubs/shops.... I stayed in a 4-bed room and there was a bathroom just for our room which was better than sharing the shower with the whole floor or hostel. The beds are very comfortable and stable. Bring your water bottle and you can get unlimited refill at the hostel.

They offer towel and beach towel included in the price of the hostel. However, many guests keep their towel in the room with them. So if you have a towel, only return if they have one available to exchange at the time. I stayed 3 days waiting to get a towel. They have their own restaurant, so you can't bring food from outside. There is no common kitchen. It would be nice to have curtains in the beds for more privacy.

Friendly staff, great location: 2 mins from the beach, bus stop in front of the hotel with connections to South Beach, Downtown, Miami Airport, etc. Large lobby and outdoor area to hang out, heated pool. The room was clean, the shower and toilet were separate rooms (within the room), and there was a sink with a mirror in the room. Each bed came with a power outlet, a USB port, and a bed light. There is more than enough storage to keep your stuff safe, and people staying there were nice and respectful. It's not a party hostel, so you will be able to sleep. It's more of a hotel than a hostel, which was great. WiFi was fast, too
