Loved the artwork throughout the hotel. Additionally, loved the private beach, very nice view from the room, although you had to be standing to see the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location CVS directly across the street. We went to a show at the Fontainebleau which was a short 5 min walk.

Great location on a nice part of mid Miami Beach.

Pool and backyard activities were under construction and unavailable which was a huge bummer. Lobby sitting area is dark.

The bed was super comfortable.

I rented a cabana on saturday as part of our anniversary celebration with my wife and to my surprise, the sofa was nasty. I lifted the cushioning and it was filthy full of left overs, dirt and roaches. The cushioning was completely dirty. The chairs in the cabana were dirty in the area where you rest your head.

Great location in mid-beach. Staff is very nice and would rate them highly on the level of service they provide. Food and drinks were excellent. Lounge chairs and umbrellas were included in our stay - they are first come, first serve, but we had no issues getting a spot later in the day. Loved all the artwork inside the hotel - was very nicely decorated and room was clean.

The pool and outdoor seating area are currently closed for renovations. We were unaware of this when we booked the hotel a few months ago and were only told at check-in. While this didn’t ruin our experience, I partially booked this hotel due to the outdoor space. They expect renovations to go through 2024.

We had very nice, spacious room with huge balcony, very clean, bed was comfortable and huge. From the hotel we had direct acces to the beach, sunbeds and umbrellas were included. Location was perfect, 10 minutes by taxi to Ocean Drive. Near hotel are many shops, restaurants and coffe shops, including CVS supermarkt open 24 hours. Very nice accent from the hotel side was a bottle of champagne gifted by them for our anniversary! Strongly recommend!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. They gave me a room on the top floor so I was further away from the construction noise. The beach is just out the side door which has key card access during the day. The Beach facilities were great and while the valet parking fees were excessive they are probably on par with the area and the service was exceptional.

There were works going on during my stay and the noise levels were quite high at times there was no noise outside work hours so that was good. I did not find the fees for valet parking during booking, so when I was confronted with a $55 per day in parking fees that was a bit of a shocker. None the less the service was exceptional. Just send a SMS and they have your car ready in front within 15min and probably faster.

The hotel is in a very good, secure location, close to everything but still quiet. There is a small store and cvs opposite where everything is available. The beach is beautiful and constantly maintained. It is definitely worth choosing a room with a terrace. Rooms are nice size. 2 adults+2 children (10,13) fit comfortably even during longer vacations. It's great that they provide towels at the pool and cold water all day. Buffet breakfast had everything you need. It is worth to book a room included breakfast. Don't even think about other beaches (Hollywood, Sunny Isles, etc.) only Mid or South Beach. We will definately book this hotel again.

All staff (restaurant, reception, pool) are very nice. Except for the beach staff. We were there for 10 days and not once did they ask if they could help. They beckoned us to go to them from afar. It would have been more elegant if they had come to us and asked for the room number if it was so important. Room 915 the AC is extrem noise. Although the pool was clean, by the afternoon a lot of sand had been brought in from the beach. Better attention should be paid to water treatment and filtration because by evening it was no longer pleasant. Parking is very expensive (50usd), better to use puclic parking garage for 20Usd/24 hour

Staff was very friendly from the start. Bell hop immediately greated us AND told us our room was probably ready even though it was just 10AM and check in was 4! G was at the pool bar everyday and made our day at every interaction. He acted like everyones best friend and was amazing.

Only negative was when we checked in they put hotel fees and a deposit on my card without telling me. At the bar they included gratuity without letting us know so they included a 18% tip then I tipped 20% extra without realizing it. Substantial amount on a $130 tab. Just let pepole know charges up front.

Really cute chic hotel and prime mid beach location great proximity to the beach. Very clean and the gym was fully equipped. I enjoyed break thought brunch was a good value. Bellman, housekeeping, security and the beach crew were very helpful. I appreciated the team leaving me a Birthday card and chocolates made my stay more special and the front desk accommodating an early check in.

Balcony in room and view was not great. Restaurant closed too early. No ice machine in 10th floor. Front desk seemed to not be as excited about reservations from Booking since prices are lower and made mentioned. Pricing/Charges They hold an additional $200 and be prepared to pay the $100 for beach amenities. I stayed at a boutique hotel across the street before and paidless and experience was very similar except being able to have the direct beach access and amenities.

We loved the hotel! The rooms are beautiful, staff was excellent and the hotel was pristine and comfortable. 10/10 we will be back!
