It was very nice and welcoming.

Some things could be updated like vents in the hallway with rust all over them also the bed in our room definitely needed to be changed the mattress was definitely done. Otherwise the room was a great size with a view. Would definitely stay again. Also it’s valet only so be prepared to pay 40 a day for valet that was the one thing we weren’t told.

Location was great for cruising

You advertise pay at location but they run your credit card 48 hours before you get there

The place was just right for everything my friend and I needed. We were close enough to the Ultra Music Festival event venue that we came for. We took a Lyft to go but the distance wasn't too far for us to walk back afterwards. The hotel itself was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our 2 bedroom unit was amazing. The view from the balcony was great. Surprisingly the rooms were very quiet considering the entire hotel was fully booked at the time. Close walk to the Publix for your essentials and to Checkers for your fast food.

We had to wait an extra hour and twenty minutes for our room to be ready but the staff gave us a voucher for a free meal so that was cool. In the 2 bedroom units, one of the rooms offers MUCH more space than the other. So either you flip a coin for the bigger room (which we did and I won but I graciously gave it to my female friend because I saw that she needed much more closet space than I did), or just agree to whoever takes the bigger room should make the bigger $$ contribution.

My suite was really big! With a big balcony. The pool was huge too & heated! Hotel was overall beautiful.

I didn’t like most of my trip they were working in the hall way to much noise. The elevator to the pool that was on my floor doesn’t work . In my room im not sure if something was wrong with my vent but it made noises every night cutting into my sleep, I kept thinking someone was entering my room. My toilet stop working the 1st night, I waited about a few hours & started back flushing, then the next day it completely went out! The maintenance man had to come fix it.

There was a great view of Biscayne Bay from our room and it was very spacious with a really comfortable bed. Having a pool was brilliant too. Location was not bad but we did not find many local restaurants and bars close by but that may just have been poor planning on our part. It was only a short taxi journey to the centre of Miami anyway.

We had some issues in the room which could/should have been spotted before we arrived. However, they were resolved very quickly so top marks to the very helpful staff.

This has been the best experience I have ever had at an hotel. I love how I received a courtesy text message stating my room was ready while we were in our Uber from the Airport🤗. When we checked in the process was so smooth, then we were given these awesome cookies, and complementary water. I love how you guys reached out and asked how we were doing or if we needed anything during our entire stay😍. I love how you guys are very responsive and prompt when respond to any requests from text or phone call. I also, love how everything is set up. An individual can only access their floor, and that is great for safety ❤️. This has so for, made our Birthday experience amazing.

The restaurant selection in the mall area 👎🏽

View was nice, although there were some works going on. The room was nice and spacious, and we loved the pool, although the lift was not working and we had to ask reception of other flats to access, but that was internal, so not a big problem.

Parking was very expensive as there were taxes to add on top of the stated price. The price of the room was also quite high, but that is Miami I suppose.

The area was very convenient. Pretty clean and I felt safe.

The housekeeping did not come to our room one day and they stated it was because the "do not disturb" was on the floor in front of our door. That was incorrect considering our "do not disturb" sign was on the floor in the closet where we put it. Other than that everybody else was really nice and helpful.

Great location. Publix and other food places were just on the next block. Great views of the marina from my balcony. All the necessities were on the ground level. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cruise ports are a 10 minute drive away. The arena is a short walk away.

There was a charge for packages.

The room looked nice and was a good size. The bathroom was nice as well. The balcony was a good size with a nice view of the water neat building next-door.

Breakfast? What breakfast? The balcony door was hard to lock. I had to slam it to get it to close enough to be able to turn the latch. The room had an odd smell. In the morning there was a lot of construction noise below the balcony.
