I loved everything about this hotel from the room to the amenities, the view, the night vibes everything was perfect.

The cons of it is you may actually spend more than expected. They only have Valet parking with the hotel. They have a parking garage next to the hotel that’s attached to the mall but is expensive. So be prepared to spend extra on parking in & out throughout the day and overnight. Make sure you get breakfast included with your stay if not it will cost. Also don’t touch the mini bar inside your room. If you plan to do any of these things do not expect a security deposit back.

Customer service was excellent!!!!Staff was excellent from start to finish. The first day after checking in myself , my mom and dog went to the pool . My dog started having a seizure for the first time ever in his little life :(. My mom and I was scared to death , didn’t know what to do but the staff made sure they did everything to help us and also the other guests that were there was a big help as well . Luckily it was Vet literally walking distance from the hotel . Our entire stay the staff that was there when the situation happened with my dog made sure he was okay and hydrated everytime they seen us after that :). I don’t have any complaints , definitely worth the money . And also the food was amazing

The rooms are modern and clean. The view from the room balcony was fabulous. The restaurant Quinto was very impressive. Loved the atmosphere and the food was very good…we had lunch AND dinner there it was so nice!

The rooms have door bells and unfortunately someone decided to ring ours at 7:30 am (waking us) but nobody there? Super annoying! The housekeeper cleaned the room after 5pm, while we were at the pool and when we got back they had taken all the towels but did not replace with clean ones! Also, we were not able to visit the rooftop bar Sugar because my husband didn’t have the proper foot wear, which was disappointing considering we were hotel quests. What exactly is “night club attire” anyway???

The room (Bay Plus) was in the 30th floor. The view is absolutely amazing, especially from the terrace. It was very clean and moderne. The location of the hotel is also very good. You are near to many shops and public transport. The staff was very kind.

East is extremely modern and in an unbeatable location. Not only is it in brickell but the fact that you can quite literally take the elevator down to the mall buy something and be back in your room in 5 minutes is ultra convenient.

The bedrooms are ultra dark and moody. I love the sexy lighting but there should be a little more light available (that can be turned off) because it can be a little difficult to pack or get ready in the dark bedroom area (both in regular hotel and residence).

I loved the customer service from the gentleman who assisted us from the time we arrived until we checked out. I loved the views from my room. The master bed and bath were beautiful. I loved the location.

There were a couple staff I did not have a good experience with (a guy at the pool and another guy at night controlling the crowd for the rooftop). I did not like my experience at the restaurant. They did not acknowledge me being a guest at the hotel so I did not get my discount. The wait time for our meal was extremely long especially for the place not to have been crowded. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay here. I spent Mother’s Day weekend with my daughter and we were beyond excited about our stay!! The room was clean, the staff was friendly and the hotel had plenty amenities to offer. We enjoyed our gorgeous view while sipping on some mimosas ( brought in by us ) this room was stocked with just about anything you could think of. Made our stay wonderful! Will definitely be returning every time I visit Miami

perfect location. incredible roof top bar and wonderful Argentinian restaurant that changes to a brunch Sundays (worth going). great views and a real hub of attention for trendy people

shower door opens out o the floor and drips water. even closed it does. just 1 towel hook. didn’t like the open plan toilet area (needs to be more closed and sound proof). small font buttons to control everything which was irritating.

The staff is incredibly helpful and everything about the hotel is sharp. Love the little touch of a free drink when you check in and the fitness center is really great. Second bonus workout area is awesome. The vibe of the whole place makes you feel like you need to be on the go which can be a good or bad thing. If you want to really just relax then I would pick a different area/hotel. In the end, we were looking to just relax and chill a little bit more and this wasn't the vibe of the hotel which is totally fine. It isn't the hotel's fault. If you want to be in the thick of everything, be on the go, get all dressed up for each outing and have the buzz all around you then its awesome. Just a matter of what you want out of the vacation. I assume for business the place is absolutely a 10/10.

The pool areal is really nice but really only gets sun for a couple of hours. Buildings around it block it and if you don't get a very specific area of chairs you are just in shade basically the whole time. The fact we couldn't bring our Starbucks drink into the pool area was also kind of silly with the amount of money we pay to be there. I get it in theory but policy over people isn't a good strategy when we were the only people there on a chilly morning. Breakfast is pretty good but you can find better spots in the area or other areas close to it.
