The room was large and clean. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was lovely.

Alberte or Alberta was superb. She should look into hotel management in her future! Customer service was superb, on day 1,2 and 3! She was amazing and observing other staff members as well they seem to be just as knowledgeable and kind! I almost forgot, we needed a cork to open our champagne for my birthday and Hampton referred me next door to AC sister property and the bartender not only opened the bottle with kindness but offered us glasses as well!! Just above and beyond!!!Now for visitors, beware of 3rd party companies offering rides to the pier, airport and other hotels as they will try to over charge you!! Get the price upfront or just use good ole trusted Lyft or Uber as the Isas company tried to scam us but we stood our ground! Anyhow, I had a wonderful birthday Hampton Inn, job well done and we will be back!

The hotel is walking distance to design district. The rooms are ok, big enough, the beds are really comfortable. Parking is available fo additional cost. Friendly staff. Breakfast is from 6.00 to 10.00, which was great.

Nothing, maybe more salty things for breakfast, but this is everywhere in USA. To get to the center you have to use transportation (uber, car, bus)

Had a relatively good view, great accommodations, and private parking in a garage attached to the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and interactive, as well as locally informed. You can learn a lot from asking them about attractions in the area. The one lady at the reception desk who’s name I didn’t catch was very friendly and handled pressure from the line perfectly and was very sweet. The rooms were a perfect size for two travelers and the AC worked perfect! The area seemed pretty safe. Cops on patrol everywhere. In front of the hotel, at the gas station across the street and behind it. Felt pretty safe all around. Breakfast was incredible and the kitchen staff were very present and polite.

The parking garage is way too tight for bigger SUVs. People often come speeding out of it so watch out when turning corners. Parking is $36 a night. A little too pricey for my liking, especially considering if you come in late at night, there won’t be any parking available past a certain floor which is reserved for tenant parking for another building. Didn’t get around to asking what to do if that happens, but it’s something to be aware of.

Eric checked me in , Eric was professional & very pleasant, we got there early he recommended a restaurant down the street that was good,we got there early, he advised they could hold our luggage until check-in, I was cruising, he explained their shuttle to the port, cost was $10, he reserved a seat for us. Our room was clean & a nice size, bathroom/shower nice, complimentary breakfast was ok, I’ve had better at other Hampton Inns. Shuttle driver was polite & helpful, cruise port is crowded near ships he maneuvered thru traffic exceptionally well, van was clean & comfortable
