Nice front desk people and valet people. Breakfast was good. Pretty good choices. Quiet room. Good fitness center. Even though it felt like powder/fake scramble eggs everyday. But different options of meats, cheese, oats, etc. Toaster for bread did not work well an slices got stuck in it. Wasn't acknowledge because it happened the following days.

Salt shakers weren't filled on a daily bases. Little details like those. Room felt humid. Bathroom door was hard to slide.

Location was great. Close to downtown and easy to take a morning walk on the bridge that leads to Key Biscayne was an unexpected bonus. Staff was also very nice.

Restaurant could have additional dishes to offer.

Our room apparently was double booked due to a clerical error. We had to wait for management to fix it. Fortunately we were allowed to stay in our room. However, Management had to enter the room in our absence to verify that the room was still occupied. That was not good!

The property was more than I expected, the staff was so friendly, I felt like I walked into a expensive resort. The room itself was so modern and comfortable.

The water temperature could have been a lot hotter when it was time for me to take a shower.

Somewhat remote location. But the Miami free trolley took us downtown and that was nice. Our Uber took us to the wrong hotel so I lost $70 in an extra Uber ride. There’s another Hilton Miami South (Beach vs Brickell). But also the name of this hotel stored in Uber maps as something completely different.

Staff was helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Bed was comfy.

I didn’t like to pay for parking and to have to wait to get the car. It is also a bit far away from most activities.

Great location. Valet staff was exceptional! Reception staff exceptional! Dining room bartender went out of his way to make a perfect Old Fashioned and it was exceptional!!!

That I could only stay one night

I liked that there was a app to request your vehicle when ready to leave and there was a short rate. Facility was clean and great location!

Excellent buffet. Also Lisa was excellent, very attentive, she knew what we liked and catefed to our needs.

It was my 55th birthday and my entire visit was Over The Top. The staff was incredibly friendly and my room was clean,comfortable with a nice pool side view where I could see the surrise and set with palm trees and just a beautiful atmosphere. This will be the only hotel from here on because I visit Miami on a monthly basis. Cool Beans for making me feel right at home

I have no complaints. Only good Compliments
