Room was clean and comfortable. Proximity to airport. Breakfast offered a range of options.

Directions for the airport shuttle, specifically, needing to call to schedule a pick up, should have been communicated in the confirming email. The confirming email simply stated the operating hours for the shuttle. We waited on the curb at the airport while the rest of the hotel shuttles passed by. Ended up taking a taxi to the hotel.

I waited 40 minutes for the shuttle in the airport and needed to call 3 times for it to come pick us up.

We had a great stay. Didn't get a chance to use the airport shuttle however because we had to phone for it and just coming off a long haul flight, my phone was not connecting. Ended up jumping in a taxi. Wish we could of just went to a meeting point at a certain time. We saw the hotel shuttle bus passing a few times but as you have to phone for it. We just couldn't get through. The cruise shuttle was great, cheaper than taxi. Breakfast was brilliant, husband loved the little omelettes. Staff were great, if the could understand our Scottish accents lol

This property was excellent because it was practically 2-3 minutes from the airport, so the location was important to me. Unfortunately, I did not get an opportunity to have breakfast. On the first day of my stay, I had an early morning schedule, on the second day I woke up late, and on the last day I had an early morning flight, so I completely missed all my opportunities for breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am I think they should extend the breakfast schedule to 6 am to 10 am. The room was fabulous, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean. I had an awesome view of the pool, it was gorgeous! The shower was roomy, and I enjoyed the bath products, they had "Dove" bath products. The bath gel and lotion were creamy, and it left your skin smooth and soft.

This property only had one problem. It was with the toilet bowl, the water pressure seemed to be an issue. It took forever for the bowl to fill up once it was flushed. Additionally, consideration for extending the breakfast schedule should be made to change the time to 6 am to 10 am

The shuttles from the airport and to the port were a very nice service -and affordable.

I loved the fact that we arrived early due to a changed flight time, and they were completely accommodating. The man at the front desk locked up our luggage and let us hang out by the pool until he could have a room ready for us at noon. He answered all questions we had, and recommended a great place that delivered a pizza for us. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, we utilized the shuttle to the cruise port. Easy peasy.

I was a bit sad when I realized the hot tub was not working the day we were there. The water was ice cold!

I needed an airport transfer, and stuff in the hotel was very friendly, helped with all info and suitcases. Also, was a good breakfast and room exceptionally clean.

Could be nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

Close location to the airport, though close enough for loud take-off noise). Comfortable bed with plenty of space, outlets, and nice walk in shower.

The Free Airport Shuttle was the main reason for booking but had to wait over 45min for pickup and then the driver drove right by me with stopping more than 2 secs. Very frustrating in hot humid Miami weather. Took a taxi for the 4min drive because I didn’t want to walk the 10 min to last door where the hotel front desk got a hold of the driver to stop and wait for me. They either need more drivers or better organization. My dad drive airport hotel shuttles for years so I know how it should work.

We didn’t get to eat because we had a early flight but coffee was nice to had at 5:00 in the morning the room were comfortable clean and had a great night sleep the staff was awesome and very helpful when you needed something so I would recommend your hotel to my friends and family

The does shuttle service they couldn’t send a shuttle bus to pity’s us up we had to catch a cab to the hotel it was little pricey we had ask about that before we booked the reservation and they said that wasn’t a problem but we couldn’t get a ride to the hotel that was a problem for me so when we got to the hotel shuttle buses we sitting on the parking lot other than that my stay was good

The room was lovely and comfortable and the concierge was friendly.

The level of snacks on offer were very limited - I wanted a sandwich or something more than chocolate or instant noodles. The information about the free shuttle was limited - the info on booking said that it ran between 6am and 11pm, but after waiting at the airport from 10pm until nearly 11pm, I had to take an uber. The concierge told me it doesn't run both ways and I should have called. Also, I couldn't get the temperature right (I don't like AC!), I turned it to a warmer setting and it was very noisy everytime it kicked in - it kept waking me up.
