This hotel offered a white noise machine in the room, which was the first time I’d ever seen that, and it was awesome. Room was large, clean, a little dated, but bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was really small for such a big room. The reason there is a white noise machine is that it’s a very noisy room. There is a traffic light in front of the hotel with poorly worded signage and people unfamiliar with the area (or people who can’t read English well) are pausing when it’s OK to turn. Miami drivers are not at all shy about honking their horns vigorously if you’re doing it wrong. Also there is a weirdly large number of exotic cars racing about in the downtown area at all hours of the day and night. Happily - that white noise machine made all of that a non issue while trying to sleep.

I really like how the property was located close to everything and how comfortable the beds were.

I didn't like when I went to ask for tooth paste at night time at the front desk, the lady wasn't really friendly at all even when I said thank you she didn't even respond. Breakfast buffet was good but employees seemed to follow you when we were about to serve food to our plates. Also rooms should be cleaned better because my kids were playing on the floor and they found cookies and cereal under the bed, that is something they need to work on. Calling at the front desk was another issue they take a long time to answer, I was calling for extra blankets and towels and they took a really long time but other than the things I mentioned hotel was great.

The room was well laid out. It was comfortable and very clean. No comforter or extra pillows to take off bed, which we liked. Sheets were spotlessly clean, and the bed was well made. Quick service at checkin and express checkout. Close to free metro mover. The pool area was nice, and welll maintained. Nice little snack coffee bar in lobby.. The servers were good. Nice setting, but menu was somewhat limited.

Not too much around to do in the evening. Have to walk to Bayside Market for restaurants and bars or take metro mover. Although only around 15minute walk.

I was Greeted by staffer Michael and he welcomed me with a great smile, I explained to him that I was early for my check in time but he accommodated me & my wife with gladness. My room was 701 OOOHH MY GOD a beautiful corner room. this location is perfect for Downtown Miami. LASTLY! Your Beds are beyond comfort! You guys are my new Miami Secret!

the only thing I didn't like, was at the time of check out there was a group of young women smoking marijuana outside the Hyatt I don't know the smoking laws for Florida but nevertheless I felt like they was disrespecting the Class of the property.. it was 3am in the morning though

Room was nice, could use a little updating, especially in the bathroom. The sink spude out water onto the floor when turning on.

The couches, chairs, pillows all need to be replaced or cleaned in lounge area. God knows what is on them for germs. I am hoping that they are cleaned often for I would not sit on any of that furniture.

All good! The best room in hotel, was actually very big! Such spacious room is great for even more than 2 people. I can't complain. We had enough room for our suitcases to be fully opened and to move around the room comfortably.

The window has a huge crack. Like a spider-type crack. Should be replaced asap. It doesn't change my experience, but for people with lack of title who called themselves "influencers" it might be a big issue. Not for me, I'm to busy with businesses to worry about such details. But I highly recommend replacement.

The view from my room was exceptional with a perfect view of the river and the bridge, and the staff members were very helpful and welcoming.

The shower was great and in very good condition, but it could use an update to make it a bit more modern, as it was a tub/shower. However, everything was very clean.

Neat and nicely decorated lobby and room. All facilities we wanted were there. And the host/hostess at the reception was excellent. He welcomed us hospitably and told us what there was to do in the area. And walked with us himself to show us the way to the metro.

taxi not reserved for us at agreed time. But by receptionist very well solved and costs of Uber on account of hotel.

My stay was great! The hotel is nice and clean. This was a Girls trip,3 girls total. We got the junior suite. Perfect size for three people. The pull out bed was comfortable, as well as the king bed. The staff was very friendly and responded to all request super fast! I would stay here again. Ive stayed in several Miami hotels before, and I think it’s a good price point and location for what you get.

The gym was small and the pool area is too close to the bridge/car traffic. But the rooms and service were great so it makes up for it.

Very good staff very clean very professional would recommend to stay at the heart of downtown. I enjoyed the views and the company.

The distance from the parking garage to the hotel was just a little inconvenient because no elevators or escalators work you have to take stairs and parking is additional cost separate from the hotel. If you want parking at the hotel it’s $50 for valet each night the second option they give you is using a parking garage which is $20 for 24 hours .
