Suite rooms, great breakfast in a good location. Friendly happy hour. The front desk staff that checked us in (Antonio) and dealt with missing cups in the room and needed blanket and towels (reservation was for three but room was only prepared for two),were really helpful.

One small thing is that the varnish on outside edge of the tables in the atrium is sticky. It feels like it’s not clean, though it may just be because it’s been cleaned so often. The table centers are fine since they are formica. The breakfast, as good as it is, could be improved at the omelet station by turning the griddle temperature down (or using frying pans). The griddle is so hot that all the omelets brown on the outside (and never rise). When you order eggs over medium, the edges are just about burnt and the yolks are runny. The lady is fast, friendly and efficient but that heat is too high. When we last stayed at the Embassy Suites Icon, they used pans for the individual omelets and got a better result.

Property was clean, staff was friendly. Bob the bar tender was excellent. He was amazing, friendly. He told great stories and even danced a little.

During breakfast bacon was not displayed like all the other food options were. Patron had to go to the grille and request bacon. No valet parking Yet there was self parking. At check in i asked if there was a fee for parking and was told no, because its self parking only. When i received my final receipt i have 4 charges of $22.00 for self parking. I was charged each day i was on the party that i paid to stay. There was no other place to park. My problem with that was when i called the front desk, i was told they have signs of the fee posted all over the property and on booking.com. That was a lie. No signs were posted at the facility nor on booking.com

This isn't our first time staying here. It have always been wonderful staying here. Easy check in process and the staff (as always) was polite & helpful. The location is definitely a plus because the hotel is located down town near all the restaurants and even a walk 2 icon park was pleasant. The pool inside was room and the breakfast was decent. The rooms are spacious.

- Room was very spacious with a very comfy bed! - Breakfast was good with a good variety including hot food, waffles, fruit and yoghurts. - Hotel was very clean. - Pool and hot tub were open till late meaning we could use these after a day at Universal Studios. - Two free drinks per person per night were a great unexpected extra. - Within walking distance to some local restaurants including TGI Fridays. A great value hotel for someone going to the theme parks, just remember to factor in shuttle or taxi costs!

- Parts of the hotel felt a little worn or dated. It's not white and crisp if that's what you're after, but it was very clean and perfectly usable just not super modern!

The rooms here are always very comfortable, and the breakfast was also very good

The parking lot was not very secure because one of the gates is broken so anyone can just get in and out. Knowing this is a tourist area I would’ve felt a little bit better if the gates were able to be secured because I have valuables in my vehicle. Also, one of the elevators was very, very slow and compared to the other side.

Very pleasure. The breakfast buffet was very good with a chef making a delicious omelet. The pool was perfect for someone who doesn't want a pool resort, inside and out was great. The room is very spacious. Easy location so you can walk to a few places without needing a car.

One thing I didn’t like was that the room had a bit of a smell, which seemed like mold or wet carpet.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job in our room before and during our stay. Provided us with extra towels like we asked. Staff was super helpful and nice during our stay.

Upon our stay we did find that the shower was clogged. Showering was a little tricky only because the water kept rising as we showed. Called and got it fixed! Our room was very very warm. But the hotel itself felt warm so I didn’t know if it was just the temperature.

Breakfast was great but staff was better and assisted me with AC issue and internet issue.

Internet was not working properly bed was extremely hard and I have a bad back so was in some pain and discomfort the next day but everything else was great.

I love the fact that the embassy has full breakfast service, makes you really feel like you are getting what you paid for. So much better than the regular continental breakfast. We were within walking distance of a lot of places, and if we wanted to venture out further we could use the trolley, instead of moving our vehicle. They allow pets, but we did not hear barking all day long.

I enjoyed everything during my stay. I have nothing to complain about.

Great location, very nice hotel, with hot tube and indoor pool. Complementary breakfast is amazing, with omelets done at the moment from the chef. Great place at a very good value, especially considering it's on international drive.

Hot tube/indoor pool should be adult only past 9pm: there were kids literally screaming all time, until the pool closed.
