A hotel that is crazy about cleaning !!!!!!... Compared to other hotels, there are a few rooms, but 5-6 cleaning staff are there in the morning. Even Hyatt or Hilton, which have over 300 rooms, only have 2-3 person to clean the rooms. The location is good, the price is cheap, they are kind, and they give you breakfast. Above all, it is very!!! clean!!! Even the towels are fluffy and smell good and new. It is an old hotel, but they remodeled it, so the bathroom and bedding are clean (new means less than 5 years old by hotel standards). The gym and swimming pool are small, so few people use them. But who cares...? You guys will go out at 8am, play all days at Disney/Universal, and come back at 10pm. Super clean room, simple breakfast, (free) fruit and cool water, hot water, coffee. Disney doesn't mind what you bring food there, so guests take some fruit, water, and coffee from hotel lobby when they go out.

There is no shuttle to the amusement park, so you need a rental car.

Breakfast was free and a selection of actually very good coffee! And water available all of the time. They do not consider themselves a resort just because they have a little pool! Pool looks ver nice. Breakfast area is very large with many private tables.

I was charged a parking fee. I have stayed here before and not been charged anything additional which is why I returned. Stop charging to park a car and then you will be the best hotel and the most honest in the area for the price. Don’t sweep lobby with carpet powders during breakfast hours please.

Breakfast was a buffet and varied with hot food daily, constantly cleaned down and replenished by staff. quality good. Pool area pleasant and quiet. Ideally situated for restaurants (Try the Bahama Breeze and the great barman Manolo), Icon Park and the International Drive trolley buses that run regular. WIFI worked okay. Staff on desk very helpful.

A few issues with billing (noticed later, odd charges appearing on credit card as pending). Did query these direct with Hotel and all eventually dissapeared. Be good if these were maybe explained before hand.

The room was clean and had an updated clean bathroom. Water was very hot. Free hot breakfast buffet was clean , well-stocked with several protein choices and potatoes and plain oatmeal with toppings. Good choices. Very spacious dining area. Coffee was actually excellent particularly the dark roast. Not having to buy coffee out on our trip saved us a significant amount of money 😀

Parking was free . The lighting was very poor around the back of building. Need more safety lighting in parking lot.

Service at Hampton Inn was excellent when I reach but I did not get to stay there my flight was delayed and when I reach to Hampton Inn the machine for using my card did not work I do not like the machine what Hampton Inn has on the front desk they need to set up a different way for customers when paying or change the machine I had to go and stay at a next hotel the machine for the next hotel work very smooth and excellent I think Hampton need to upgrade there machine

always like staying at Hampden that's one of my favorite hotels stuff is very friendly and try to assist excellent 🤩

Hampton Inn has a great location. It is convenient to many of the Orlando attractions and easy to get to. The breakfast was also very good and the price was very reasonable.

We had checked in and then went out for the afternoon. When we returned, we realized that someone had come in to clean the rugs. Unfortunately, they were still damp. We would have preferred that no one came into the room while we were out.

Absolutely a very joyful stay,and this is why we keep coming back.:-) Everyone is friendly and the staff is great,hard working .The breakfast is fabulous no complaints. .Thank you for making us feel right at home :-)

The only small thing is when you first come into the room, it has a bit of a mosty smell .Maybe a allergy friendly carpet spray or carpet powder would help once or twice a week.

The hotel is very close to ICON park where there are a lot of restaurants and attractions, and it is close to the Disney land and Universal Studio. The check in and check out process is smooth and parking is easy and not that expensive.

The breakfast options are a bit limited and during the holiday season people have to wait in line to get into the space for breakfast. The AC is terribly loud, we have to turn it off during the evening.

Stayed in a few hampton inns on our travels, compared to the others we have stayed at this one was a little dated compared to those, not much storage for clothes had to leave most of them in cases, having said that it was absolutely fine and would stay again.

It was really convenient and close to Seaworld and universal. The staff were all really nice and helpful. I liked the ability to chat directly with them. They only charge $5 for parking which is great. They allow pets. And then provided a small pack and play for our baby which was convenient. Breakfast had a large variety of food.

It was all really great. I would have liked to have been told ahead of time that they don't provide a crib, they provide a pack and play, because our little one is 2.5 so it was kinda small for her but honestly that's really minor.
