This is a good hotel to stay at . It's right off of International drive . You can walk to so many places including icon park and lots of restaurants. Our room was right next to the pool which was lovely . The bed was comfy . Room was very spacious , mini fridge was huge and nice microwave. Check in and out was very easy . Definitely will stay here again though.

Check out time is 11 am . Wish that they had had a later check out time or late check out .

Location is perfect !!

Me and my best friend stayed here for a short 5 day trip to Florida after being at Disney world. They had a free shuttle to and from universal world which was our main reason for booking here. The shuttle times were a little bit off the morning one left at around 7:15am which was perfect to get to the park and have time to have coffees however we ended up using LYFT / uber to return as the last shuttle was either 5pm or 9pm. Close proximity to lots of shops, restaurants and other attractions. There was a bus stop a few minutes outside of the property which made it easy to get around the city and we were able to use Apple Pay to get around. Overall would return and had a lovely stay. There was a pool and spa which we enjoyed using and the front desk sold water and snacks if needing a little pick me up for $1.5. The room itself was pretty clean, we didn’t have any issues however the aircon was extremely noisy but did not turn it off due to how hot it was, otherwise very spacious place and overall good stay. There was a laundry in the 4th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers which made washing cloths very easy.

Shuttle times were not great but worked for our needs. The shower was not very strong and didn’t feel the cleanest when showering. Otherwise was very good.

The hotel is in a perfect location , not on the main road with traffic but not to far from it. It's a 5 minute walk from Icon Park and located near many restaurants including the world's largest McDonald's. They are doing construction and renovations but it was still peaceful that I booked an extra day just to sleep. The hotel is nice and know when the renovations are done it will be even better ( Im just afraid that when it's done the prices will sky rocket 😂) . Gave it a 9 just because the renovations I know when they are complete it will be a 10. Great staff , great location and great service 😁

No free breakfast but I understand why the price is already affordable for stay .

The location was amazing. It was super close to SeaWorld and Universal both, as well as a walkable distance to several restaurants and other attractions like Icon Park. Parking was a breeze. The room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and I was able to hook my PS5 up to the TV to watch movies/play games. They had an elevator, which was very convenient for getting my luggage up to the room. The pool was very nice and easily accessible. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well at this hotel.

There was construction going on I guess, at some point it sounded like there were fire alarms going off somewhere on the property, but I never smelled smoke, so I'm assuming they were testing the fire alarms. The hot tub wasn't working when I visited the pool Saturday morning. The water temperature in the shower was good one night, but lukewarm the next. Breakfast was an extra charge, which I wasn't fond of.

It was really close to the universal studios theme parks

The schedule of the breakfast could be better. The breakfast starts at 7am however the first shuttle to the parks is at 7:05. Maybe they can open breakfast a little bit early.

Great location - $40 in uber from airport, round the corner from Avis car hire so handy for pickup/drop off, 2 mins walk to joes crab shack, icon park, trolley stop and loads of other stuff. Neat, clean and tidy. Great pool with towels, great value breakfast ($10 each cereal, variety of bread for toast, bacon and eggs, waffles, yoghurts), friendly staff, car park, ice machines, tea/coffee facilities, big room, comfy bed, cold air con, fridge in room.

Nothing not to like.

Honestly, a lot of the reviews said bad things about bugs in the rooms, uncleanliness, etc. But I was so pleasantly surprised at my experience being the complete opposite! My room was very nice, clean, not a single bug in sight, and just a great place!

Not a huge deal, but the elevator made some really sketchy creaking noises/shudders occasionally that was a little scary, BUT it never actually broke down which is awesome hahaha! One staff woman at the front desk who, when I asked for some help with my room key, barely gave me a glance or said a word to me during our interaction. Kind of made me feel like I was annoying her.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were willing to go out of their way to give my son and I assistance with plans around the area and suggestions, especially as we had extra time in Orlando due to a flight delay. The room was very nice and seemed to be newly renovated. Very comfortable experience here and a great value. We would stay again without hesitation. Thank you all!

While our room was newly renovated, there were still the noises from ongoing renovations in the room above us during the day which was a bit distracting, but we were mostly gone during the day. I expect for future guests most of that will have been completed and not an issue.

This was a great stay for a great price. The location was very convenient for someone who did not have access to a car - basic amenities were in walking distance and taking an Uber to places (i.e Kia Center) was not too expensive. The room was massive and the AC worked like a charm. The pool was lovely and very quiet during my stay! They were accommodating with storing my bags and also offered an affordable day rate so that I could check out at 4pm.

The furniture in the rooms is run down and outdated. However, the hotel recently changed owners and it looked like they were in the process of upgrading the place!
