This is a good hotel to stay at . It's right off of International drive . You can walk to so many places including icon park and lots of restaurants. Our room was right next to the pool which was lovely . The bed was comfy . Room was very spacious , mini fridge was huge and nice microwave. Check in and out was very easy . Definitely will stay here again though.

Check out time is 11 am . Wish that they had had a later check out time or late check out .

It was really close to the universal studios theme parks

The schedule of the breakfast could be better. The breakfast starts at 7am however the first shuttle to the parks is at 7:05. Maybe they can open breakfast a little bit early.

Me and my best friend stayed here for a short 5 day trip to Florida after being at Disney world. They had a free shuttle to and from universal world which was our main reason for booking here. The shuttle times were a little bit off the morning one left at around 7:15am which was perfect to get to the park and have time to have coffees however we ended up using LYFT / uber to return as the last shuttle was either 5pm or 9pm. Close proximity to lots of shops, restaurants and other attractions. There was a bus stop a few minutes outside of the property which made it easy to get around the city and we were able to use Apple Pay to get around. Overall would return and had a lovely stay. There was a pool and spa which we enjoyed using and the front desk sold water and snacks if needing a little pick me up for $1.5. The room itself was pretty clean, we didn’t have any issues however the aircon was extremely noisy but did not turn it off due to how hot it was, otherwise very spacious place and overall good stay. There was a laundry in the 4th floor with 2 washers and 2 dryers which made washing cloths very easy.

Shuttle times were not great but worked for our needs. The shower was not very strong and didn’t feel the cleanest when showering. Otherwise was very good.

The location was amazing. It was super close to SeaWorld and Universal both, as well as a walkable distance to several restaurants and other attractions like Icon Park. Parking was a breeze. The room was comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and I was able to hook my PS5 up to the TV to watch movies/play games. They had an elevator, which was very convenient for getting my luggage up to the room. The pool was very nice and easily accessible. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I slept very well at this hotel.

There was construction going on I guess, at some point it sounded like there were fire alarms going off somewhere on the property, but I never smelled smoke, so I'm assuming they were testing the fire alarms. The hot tub wasn't working when I visited the pool Saturday morning. The water temperature in the shower was good one night, but lukewarm the next. Breakfast was an extra charge, which I wasn't fond of.

Honestly, a lot of the reviews said bad things about bugs in the rooms, uncleanliness, etc. But I was so pleasantly surprised at my experience being the complete opposite! My room was very nice, clean, not a single bug in sight, and just a great place!

Not a huge deal, but the elevator made some really sketchy creaking noises/shudders occasionally that was a little scary, BUT it never actually broke down which is awesome hahaha! One staff woman at the front desk who, when I asked for some help with my room key, barely gave me a glance or said a word to me during our interaction. Kind of made me feel like I was annoying her.

This was a great stay for a great price. The location was very convenient for someone who did not have access to a car - basic amenities were in walking distance and taking an Uber to places (i.e Kia Center) was not too expensive. The room was massive and the AC worked like a charm. The pool was lovely and very quiet during my stay! They were accommodating with storing my bags and also offered an affordable day rate so that I could check out at 4pm.

The furniture in the rooms is run down and outdated. However, the hotel recently changed owners and it looked like they were in the process of upgrading the place!

Hotel is under new management and they are working on updating it. Besides the bad experience from my first room (Room 330) once that issue was resolved and we were moved into a different room (Room 232) I was satisfied. The bathroom is humongous, we had a king bed, flat screen tv, refrigerator, iron, blow dryer, ironing board etc. Housekeeping doesn’t knock on your door everyday like they have when I’ve stayed in other hotels which is a plus for me because I don’t like to be bothered while sleeping. To others that’s a problem but to each their own. I had no issues with getting towels, toilet paper etc. I will definitely stay again, the staff was very nice and polite.

When we arrived to the hotel we were able to use the elevator (thank Goodness) but once we settled in that we were going out the elevator was not working and we were on the 3rd floor in room 330 🤦‍♀️ When I went to shower the first night there was no hot water, took a shower anyways with cold water but the tub also was stopped up, the toilet was not working properly and neither was the refrigerator. Due to my husband having insulin it was important for us to have a working refrigerator. That upset me and my husband immediately contacted the front desk and explained everything wrong and that we were not satisfied. The guy that was on night shift asked my husband to come get a different key for a different room (on 2nd floor Room 232) and thankfully everything was working and better.

We have stayed at this property before. Many up-grades happening right now. Staff are amazing. Renovated rooms are nice now that the carpet has been removed.

There was a lot of construction noise during the day but if you are going to not be there shouldn’t be an issue. Breakfast is no longer included and the $10 per person per day is not worth what is available.

Location is pretty sweet since it's a u-shape street off International which is near plenty of food options (Burger King, McDonalds, Checkers, Walgreens) etc. Bus stop has 3 buses ($2 a person) that will take you a 5 minute drive down to the Orange County Convention Center. Hotel was alright, little outdated but the price was right. I got a good sleep, room was big, no complaints.

Check in was a little slow since the only two check in girls were dealing with customers before they got to me. But I can't complain for the price.
