Pros: It is in a suitable location. Good cleaning. The attention of the staff in the breakfast area was very special, particularly because of the affectionate way that Deborah, Marita and Lea attended. We enjoyed the rich and varied hot breakfast,and also the automatic laundry. I must also emphasize the special attention provided by the person in charge of the pool who provided the ease of using the disabled machine for my convenience as a person with disabilities.

Cons: There was no transport service to the theme parks

It was super nice inside and out, the staff were amazingly friendly, and the breakfast is super good for being a hotel breakfast. They were able to accommodate us last minute and I honestly enjoyed everything about our stay. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to come into orlando!

The pool is kinda small, the kids area at the pool is also pretty small and had leaves floating around it but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

With everything being an a+ I would have to give the breakfast a B. The reason for that are twofold. The first, you had eggs you had sausage but with as wonderful everything plus I was quite surprised you didn't have biscuits and gravy to go with your eggs and sausage. Second in warmer you don't put sausage on one side and waffles on the other side. In the same warmer that is. Also maybe it's threefold The third thing would be if breakfast is being served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. you don't start breaking down your breakfast bar until 10:00 a.m. we got there at 9:00 30ish and the bar was already starting to get broken down by 10:00 when I was trying to go up for seconds there was nothing left on the bar. And I know there was a family that had just walked in right before 10:00 and again there was nothing left except crumbs on the bar. With that being said, whoever made the scrambled eggs did a fabulous job. I just wish I had gotten more on my first plate because it was that good but by the time I went back up there was nothing left. And it was before 10:00. My bad I should have gotten up earlier but I was so tired that night before that I just couldn't do it.

Like I said above, great breakfast bar but you got to keep the stuff open and until the cutoff time at 10:00 Don't start breaking down your bar until 10:00. The breakfast bar staff that was breaking down didn't care if people were still eating. They still they closed everything and took everything out. And that was before 10:00. By 10:00 everything was pretty much gone or put away. Everything anyway except for empty warmers.

The location was great! We absolutely loved the room, it was very spacious. The room had 2 Queen beds and a small living room when you enter that doubles as 2 twin beds, with the pullout. There’s also a desk, microwave and small refrigerator. The space was large enough for me to park my scooter and it was out of the way. I love how the bathroom was made. There was a back lit mirror above the sink and a full length mirror to the side. Then the tub and toilet are behind a door and it’s a nice size. The breakfast was very nice, great variety. Surprised with all the options, there were no waffles. But that was okay. There’s 3 choices of dry cereal, milk and chocolate milk, variety of fruit, oatmeal with about 7 different options for toppings, eggs, potatoes, link sausage - turkey, pork, chicken, Canadian bacon, regular bacon. Bagels, English muffins and a toaster if you’d like to toast them.

We reached to the hotel around 3am. Front desk has been able to complete the Check-in Process in 10 minutes. the slightest delay was due to systems were getting refreshed at the same time. The room was neat, clean and smoke free. The breakfast was very delicious. Fresh juice (apple and Orange), Fresh Fruits (Apples, Oranges and Bananas), Yogurt (two varieties), Veggie and Turkey patties, eggs , Oats, Bagles, milk, Coffee all are available from 6:30am until 9:30am. Enjoyed our tummy full breakfast all three days. This Marriot facility had a wonderful Food Manager Debra. Excellent team that Debra has in the kitchen section. Her warm greetings to each every guest in the B/F area really pleased me. She was managing all her crew with great precision to do the refills, cleaning tables, refilling supplies at Coffee station. I would love to refer this hotel to my friends and families when they visit Orlando.

Hotel management could have arranged couple of water bottles in the rooms.

The hotel on the whole was great. Had everything you would expect. The included breakfast was great and the free coffee/tea station was an add bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The only thing that I would say about the hotel that is a negative is that that the room looked a little dated and could do with an uplift. The rest of the hotel looked up to date.

The room is well furnished and big. Pool is average and ok for a couple of hours in the afternoon. We had 2 rooms booked and 1 had no A/C working, the management tried to solve the issue were extremely helpfull on getting it sorted, we appreciated it. We loved the coffee station always available. The location was perfect for our needs.

Breakfast could be improved. The line is small for the amount of guests turning up for breakfast. Not much offer, 2 mornings in the raw the fridge with yoghurts was empty.

Our arrival was early morning and was very tired. I know that the check in time is 3 pm but I just inquire if any room is available. I forgot her name, but the lady in the front genuinely accomodated us without any promises. She was kind enough to offer us a room and we were very thankful. The breakfast is great! The rooms are dated but clean.You need to call the front office for room service. On the last night, we arrived late, lost my phone and was returned to the front desk. We were given some bagels early morning by this kind lady for our early flight.

Nothing!...we were just hoping for complimentary drinking water bottles in the room.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location. The rooms are clean and spacious with a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. The beds and the sofa bed are both comfortable. I loved the coffee bar ! The hot breakfast was wonderful and there were enough tables and chairs at all times. Great value for the price. We will be back. :)

Clean, functional, spacious rooms, good services ,handy location to convention center. and nearby tourist venues as well as dining opportunities.. Great complimentary breakfast. Good to have exercise and swimming facilities.

no courtesy vehicle to and from airport - minor detail really.
