I really love the location of this hotel, you can walk, take the bus or even the boat to Universal. The rooms are always comfy and really spacious, lots of parking as well. The Rooftop Bar has lovely views and good menu.

I accidentally stood in the wrong queue for checkin because it wasn't clear, because of this I was put to the back of the queue even though I had been there first. Rooms aren't very sound proof, we were woken up at 6am by our neighbouring guest every morning. I suppose this isn't hotels fault, we were just unlucky.

It’s location is superb - it’s a small hotel which means a lot less walking to the lobby - generally less kids which is always a bonus

There is something seriously wrong with the lifts atm - we’ve stayed here several times and the lifts have always been immediate…there were at times 40 folk walking for lifts- we had a few instances where they opened but didn’t go anywhere at all. This needs rectifying.

The room had an excellent view and the layout was perfect for our needs! We stayed for 3 nights and there was ample space to hang out at the room without feeling cramped.

We had a great stay, the only thing we wanted to check out but weren't able to read the hot tub as it was under maintenance the time we wanted to try it.

Every room has a window, as long as you are not on the first or second floor you have perfect views of so the er the city or the park.Several ways to get to park, bus/walking or next door boat ride. Pool with a separate kiddie section. All the interior common areas are spotless and make you feel like you’re staying at a 4-5 star resort . Going to the Bistro 17 is an excellent place to take in more views while relaxing or getting a snack or sipping a beverage.

There was not to much not to like, I did black light it and walls could use a good scrub, but sheets and bathroom were clean

Convenient access to the water taxi, modern rooms, amenities, and relative absence of young children are why we choose Aventura for every trip to Orlando, even for trips that include WDW. Helpful staff members and delicious food confirm our choice each visit. 1)The burgers and fries were delicious... so delicious that we shared one then came back for two more. 2)The yogurt parfaits are tastier, faster, more affordable, and diet restriction compliant than a full breakfast, which we appreciate and rely on every trip--an unsweetened yogurt option would be even better. 3)The staff at Aventura and across other Universal properties is consistently more helpful and attentive than at WDW. Universal is earning our loyalty through kindness and convenience. 4)Aventura has fewer young children on site, which is a big win for us. There is almost no noise in the hallway or through the walls of the rooms. 5)The bathrooms in the Aventura rooms are my favorite feature in the room: the vanity shelves, spacious shower, towel rack, and drying line suit all three of us. 6)The amenities pass (pool hopping) feature was a big win for us during this particular stay. We used our "free" day to explore other hotels and pools. We enjoyed the adventure, and we were excited to return to our own room at Aventura.

My one suggestion for improvement is to add a hand-towel bar on the wall by the vanity, opposite the shelves, and a bath-towel bar in the water closet (in place of the singular towel hook). If we had more places to hang our used towels to dry, we wouldn't need as many fresh towels during our stay.

my wife ordered a gluten free breakfast in the cafe and it was contaminated and meant that we missed a day in the parks. it happens!!

Everything about Aventura is the perfect blend of convenience and cool! We love Mid-Century Modern and the MIB queue and we all feel like Aventura is a fun "mod" hotel without all the chaos of children in every corner at Cabana Bay! Aventura hands down has the best dining option, as my husband, son, and I can all go in different lines, get totally different meals, and enjoy eating together. It is a very short walk to the boats and even a reasonable walk to the park. The rooms have everything you need and the view was incredible from our room, we got to watch the castle fireworks and CineSational show each night! All of the hotel staff we encountered were friendly!

Please consider switching to the wall mounted pumps in the showers like some of the other Loews hotels have to reduce waste. Otherwise, we love Aventura and have no feedback.

Wait times to order food was long and I wish they had an option to order your food and have them bring to your room.

The Front Desk staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly and welcoming. Any question or concern that we had was answered easily and confidently. We traveled there to enjoy the theme parks and they gave us so much insight on what to expect and how to get there easily with the shuttle. The multiple restaurants were really cool, too. The staff at the restaurants were waayyyy beyond my expectations with their kindness and helpfulness. I would highly recommend this hotel to ANYBODY that is traveling to visit the theme parks!

The location is amazing and the beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is lovely with good cocktails and food. Lots of parking spaces and easy to access from hotel lobby. We used the washing services which are super handy, washing up powder there to purchase.

Staff issue on the roof top bar, one staff member was quite abrupt about only ordering from her now we were in their area and not to go up to the bar. We aren't aware this is how service works and I think it could of been worded better, so we left. We had stayed previously that week for 3 nights 4 days and our room didn't get cleaned, would of appreciated clean towels, could of requested I suppose, not a massive deal.
