I like modern hotels, and this was modern and very Eco friendly. The breakfast was just okay for me because I don't eat pork, beef or chicken there were not options for me. However, the breakfast was FREE, so I dare not complain. Also the lady who managed the breakfast and the breakfast area was very nice. Thankfully there were restaurants close by, which were quite convenient considering all of the rain.

I didn't like that there was no hotel shuttle for pick up at the airport, as it was quite costly. I also was very disappointed regarding not getting an ocean front room because I was told the room would be. Additionally, there was a problem with the floors being wet with no explanation. There was a lot of humidity in the room the entire time, and the door to the balcony would not lock, even after reporting the problem.

everything was great. my reservation thru booking .com was for monday tues, we needed sun mon. the staff corrected it happily. only surprise was the $24 parking fee which is the city that charges it.

no fault of hotel whatsoever but beach was not the best, alot of seaweed. we live on beach further north so we understand it comes and goes. the area is really nice, right at pier, many places to dine sightsee etc. all a short walk away.

Front desk wouldn’t honor the price I booked it for online and she pretended 3 times to not be able to fix it. I then stated I would like my refund and I would find another hotel. She was then able to fix it, not sure what there was to fix. I clicked the price online that they offered and that’s what should be the price (I’m not referring to additional fees like resort fees, I know those exist). Room was nice

Breakfast was good, plenty of variety and good quality, especially the Lavazza coffee. I was especially pleased with the staff as a whole and Andasia and Stephanie in particular. They were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. They are an asset to the property.

The only thing I can mention was the lack of closet and drawer space.

Parking - $24 extra per day and a hassle with needing to validate the ticket every time. room key was supposed to open garage gate but it didn’t work. Also I appreciate open space concept but there is definitely not enough storage space in the room.

The location was perfect for the beach, bars and restaurants.

Our room wasn't ready on arrival for the check in time of 15.00. The staff were great though especially Stephanie who gave us some snacks and drinks while we waited plus a voucher for a drink at the bar. It didn't effect our stay.

Rooms were close together, breakfast was fine; breakfast staff v.friendly. The desk staff overall helpful

One desk lady didn't explain the additional temporary charge for each room that comes off on check out; she made it seem like charges were owed for the entire stay

Great location and room. Comfy bed and large modern tv. Nice pool and gym, much better than the local room rentals. Fantastic roof bar. Great coffee shop next door as well.

Nothing major at all. Parking is a bit steep at $22 per day, but very convenient. EV chargers were not working and had ICE cars parked in the spaces. Snacks and drinks selection could be a little more expanded, just a few chocolate bars etc.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Location is terrific … right near the pier, with lots of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. I enjoyed the rooftop bar with the great view of the ocean and the pier.

Actually it was fine. I would definitely go back there. The room was somewhat spartan but clean and more than adequate. I enjoyed my stay.

I liked the breakfast station. There was something for everyone. I normally don't like hotels coffee, but your was very good. The location of the Tru by Hilton was in a perfect spot. Close to shopping and restaurants. I cannot say enough about the staff. They were friendly, polite and very helpful. We felt welcomed.
