I would highly recommend the Hilton Vacation club for your stay in Maui. They offer great value for the money. The accommodations more that met my expectation. I stayed in a one bedroom king suite with a sleeper sofa. We have a garden/pool/ocean view. The landscaping is very good. There are numerous small water falls surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens. Parking and wifi was free. The suites at the higher end hotels down the street were 3 to 4 times more expensive. Of course they have better beach fronts, and higher end accommodations. But what I had was more than enough to make my family and I very happy. This trip was all about site seeing on Maui. We drove to the garden of dean, the inactive volcano, Lao Valley (famous batter site where King Kamehameha won control of the Island. Went snorkeling with the sea turtles and tropical fish and drove ATVs through a rough mountain course. I really enjoyed coming back to our room every night having plenty of room to relax in comfort. There was dinning table with four chairs, a small kitchen (minus a stove) with a microwave and fridge. The kitchen had everything you would need, plates, knives, forks, cups, and glasses. And there were free washers and dryers on every floor.

There was only one washer and dryer per floor. I would have much preferred a central location with all the washers and dryers together. I had to go to other floors to find a free washer and dryer. So I had to hop on and off the elevator with my load of laundry looking for a free machine.

Suites were huge, plenty of room for our whole family of 6 to hang out in. Pool was great and the beach was lovely. Good food caravans near by for dinner options and a supermarket and restaurants across the road

No actual sit down restaurant available on sight, but at least food was prepared and available for take out. I believe this is only temporary as it has not long been taken over by Hilton and we were advised a huge refit is about to take place in the next year. A courtesy van to take you to other resorts nearby for dinner would be a nice touch

Good Pool for kids and adults, also nice small hot pool. Location was the best (highly recommend ocean front room), beach access, Amenities in the hotel. Comfortable bed, sufficient room space, clean bathrooms and well functioning kitchen.

I had booked the ocean front view room well in advance, but initially got a room that was on the sides of the Hotel vs direct front of the ocean view and was having partial ocean view. Asking the reception, I was informed that as it was on the 10th floor, the ocean view was better and hence called as ocean front view room. Also all the ocean front view rooms were booked. I expressed my disappointment and in next 2days we were moved to the ocean front view room. I was appreciative but it was a hassle to pack and move with a 1 year old toddler. Restaurants could have more options and better price

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and beaches. Barely used rental car! We got a king suite and the rooms were super spacious for 2 adults and 2 children.

Water was turned off from 11pm-5am one night and it happened to be the one night we needed the shower for a sick kid in the middle of the night. We also had to ask the front desk for many supplies/towels. They do not clean or replenish linens for a 5 day stay.

The pool area was incredible and better than expected. Waterfalls, multiple hot tubs, a waterslide. The room was very large and had a kitchenette. The rooms and bathroom were really nice. Located right next to the food truck park, and a grocery store which is really great bc it is incredibly expensive to feed a family of four in Hawaii if you have to eat out.

Needs to be stairs from the second floor to the lobby bc the elevators take too long sometimes and I’d rather just walk down a flight of stairs

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite and it was amazing. It was a corner unit with panoramic views. We loved having 2 bathrooms and the soaker tub. A full size fridge was a definite plus.

A bigger water slide would have be amazing if they ever renovate. The pool chemistry was off the pool was cloudy and had lots of sand in it. Our daughter got a severe rash under her swim suit that we had to go to the doctor about.

My family and I loved the room. It was HUGE! With a sofa bed for our 13 year old daughter. The bathroom was tremendous and we really enjoyed the rain shower-head. The room included all the amenities we needed.

The room could use a bit of an update but hey... how much time are you planning to spend in your room while visiting Hawaii?

This property was amazing. One downside is there is no sit down restaurant like many of the other resorts nearby, however they do have a marketplace to buy snacks. They are also so close to everything in west Maui, making driving or getting an uber super easy. The property is very clean and the staff were wonderful.

The women at the food court had great customer service. They even knew my daughter first name and had a special smoothie for her. Food was good and affordable ( Better than food trucks in front of hotel). . Pool was never overcrowded and the beach is beautiful. Really clean hotel with a resort feel. You really don't need to leave, everything you need is there or really close.

My family had a great time at the property. Great service good food and perfect location. The suite style rooms are perfect with kitchen amenities and you can't beat the beachfront location. This is our second time staying at the property and we will definitely be back again
