This place just keeps getting better and better! The property is on a very positive upward trend as far as upgrades. I stay here often because of early morning flights and it is a short walk to the terminal. I appreciate the friendliness of the staff and their concerns my needs are met.

Is this a five star property, no. It is a solid three star that is keeping its eye on what it needs to do to attract and keep returning customers. I applaud them for their continued success in this regard.

I flew out of Boise airport to go buy a car in another city. I was able to walk to the terminal in about 5-10 minutes. There is also a shuttle that is easy, frequent, and free. There is plenty of parking out front if you do have a car.

The property is basic. A little tired. Though they have updated the decor a bit--I've stayed here a number of times over the years when we need to catch an early flight.

I have been staying and parking here for at least three years now. I love the location (short 7 min walk to airport)! The staff is always friendly and helpful with recommendations on places to eat, and they have a great park and fly deal.

Yes, the facility could be substantially updated, but they have updated the rooms and hallways significantly over the past several years.

They accommodated me on very short notice for a stay. The room was very quiet, the bed was comfy and the sheets were incredibly soft. The washroom had ample packets of makeup removers which was nice - you usually only get one. I was placed in a handicap room which was very nicely appointed, the light switch and the bed were both at a very comfortable height. I felt very secure there alone. The front desk man was courteous and welcoming.

There was not a clock in the room, no alarm.

Before check in, the front desk answered to my messages very fast and very kind.

After check out it took over a week to have the 100$ deposit back. I was concerned and wrote twice to ask if everythink was ok, but nobody ever answered about it. Luckily, it was all ok.

Super clean everything in the room except the carpet! Nice size frig in the room, great coffee in lobby, friendly staff, GREAT PILLOWS AND BED!

Really dirty carpet, dirty walls in most areas not in the rooms but around water fountain, stairway, common areas. Water in fountain was very warm! One of the reading lights over the bed was burned out but that wasn't a big deal.

The attendant at the front desk gave up her parking so I could park along the curb which was difficult but we finally manged to get the thing parked in a reasonable way and directly under a security camera. So that is why I give really all good marks on this survey. Your staff took the extra step and I appreciate it .

The only complaint I have was that after making my reservation online. I arrived at the Inn only to find a sign that said no trucks, trailers or Rvs. I was dragging a u-haul trailer and was told I could not occupy but one parking lot or I could be towed. Please indicate your exceptions on your web site or in the booking.

Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Property is improving every time I visit. I am loving the direction this property is headed.

This room was clean! Property is dated, and the oval shower enclosure is a very cool blast from the past. TV/remote worked well. Connected to full variety of channels. Front Desk greeters very professional and courteous.

The air conditioner need a good vacuum and probably new filters. It appears that lots of food crumbs had dropped into the unit.
