Awesome staff! Very friendly and polite! They were also willing to help us with anything we needed. They gave us complimentary waters, a $15 voucher to use at their indoor restaurant, and housekeeping was nice and professional. The room was stunning and very clean. We got one of their newly renovated rooms and it was way better than what we initially expected. The bathroom had a huge mirror with lighting, it was great for getting ready and doing our makeup and hair. The hotel was in a good location, a lot of our activities could be reached just by simply walking. If we were unable to walk to a destination, then we took uber and the prices for the uber were reasonable. Valet and bellhop were also friendly and polite! They did good a job with helping us with our luggage and car. You are able to come and go as many times as you’d like with your car, and there is not an extra fee for leaving and reparking with the valet. The Amenities were great as well. They had a fitness center, pool, and area for laundry. The lobby was nice, aesthetically pleasing and clean. Lastly, it was just an overall great experience! This hotel exceeded my expectations, the pictures on booking.com really do not do this hotel any justice!

Loved the location and the room layout and how close everything was in walking distance to the hotel. If the hot tub wouldn’t have been cold I would have rated everything exceptional as that was the reason I chose this hotel in the first place. Room was comfortable and quiet and staff was friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was cold, like the temperature of the pool cold. I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub as there were not many others in the vicinity that had hot tubs. When I told the staff they just said they would send someone to look at it, but didn’t provide any additional info or options for us. I could have booked another hotel for a lot less cost if I knew we wouldn’t have been able to enjoy the hot tub during our stay so that was very disappointing to us. We checked it both days we were there and there was no change in the temperature.

I had a recently remodeled room. It was super clean and the mattress was perfect. Thoughtful water bottles in the room was a nice touch. Also thought the shower and water pressure was spot on. The location, one block off Michigan Ave made walking to attractions very easy. Another fun service was the $15 credit at your bar/lounge each night. Though most things were over that, it was a nice way to have a drink before bed or before going out to dinner.

The hotel itself was great as well as the staff.

I booked a room with two beds for a Friday and Saturday night. I got to my room Friday night to find one bed. The staff offered a cot/bed on wheels as they literally had no other options to offer and suggested I check back in the morning when people were checking out to try and nab a two-bed room. This is not what I paid for. Not only were we uncomfortable Friday night, we sacrificed our plans Saturday morning for the *chance* to sleep comfortably Saturday night. We still had a nice stay but that hiccup was an unfortunate start.

- Apartment View is not the best - No staff offered to help with my luggage - having to take 2 elevators is a bit boring sometimes but they were readily available during my stay - Staff took over 3 days to reply my messages on Booking.com after the stay to help me with a specific matter

Close to Northwestern Medical Center (on the same block!). Staff was very professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. Great breakfast.

Older furnishings. Electrical outlets included a few tangles of extension cords. A floor lamp had a tricky switch. Carpet was old. But building is currently undergoing rehab since being purchased by Northwestern Hospital.

The Hotel is amazing, but I have two mistakes when I arrive, They gave me a 15$ off in breakfast, and I also asked about the whole price for breakfast, and he answer me is 15$, i thought is weird, because in website is 34$, for make sure, I asked for the staff/ receptionist , if this is a 15$ for me and my sister, and he answer yes, for the first day, and in the morning I went to take my breakfast they said its 29,00 per person, but we have 15$off, I asked again if its for each, me and my sister, the guy answer yes, he speak Spanish, I asked for the waitress and she answer the same, when I paid, the lady charge 60,00 for the breakfast and told me , the 15$off is just for restaurant, no for the breakfast. Mistakes information. But, the hotel is very good. Next time I will prefer eat outside the hotel.

The bathtub shower … The lack of soft drinks at the concession cubicle The watered down soda at the bar…we asked for a coke and a ginger ale to take to our room at end of the night (no ice). It was so watered down it was in drinkable

Very well appointed King room with plenty of space. Great spacious en-suite (even if the shower was over the bath).

The coffee/tea maker had no instructions and was unfamiliar to us - but not a biggee. TV channels were in an odd order and the TV switched itself off a couple of times - again- not a biggee as we weren’t in the city to watch TV!

The location is prime! The hotel is clean and has everything one needs to enjoy Chicago!

This will sound funny but the toilet flushes are LOUD- especially inconvenient when you have to go to the bathroom at night! Also, changing 2 elevators (one to the lobby then the other to guest rooms was a bit inconvenient). Lastly, the hotel provided us with a pack n play instead of a real crib with no proper mattress and was small- my daughter was very uncomfortable 😣
