The check in and out was easy. The rooms were a good size but the configuration of the rooms was odd( the door in hit the wall and only opened 3/4) The rooftop pool was excellent but a little small. Breakfast was very nice and free. The location was perfect for shopping and sight seeing

We had to do valet parking for $59per night. It was a little loud due to proximity to a hospital and lots of emergency vehicles going in

I loved the room. It was clean and kept up. It was also big enough to move around in. The view was really beautiful too. The young gentleman that checked us in was super kind and helpful!

I think that the parking cost should be included in the price of the room. I also think that you should be able to park your car adjacent to the hotel in the parking garage whether you are valet parking or not. This was very disappointing.

The breakfast was good and the area very clean.

No restaurant or cafe inside the hotel. I was there to visit Northwestern Hospital and unfortunately there was no yogurt or soup in the refrigerator that I could purchase. Drew was so kind to find a cup of yogurt my husband could eat. Solid food was not agreeing with him that day. I am so appreciative that Drew went above and beyond what he needed to do. Jackie was also very good.

My husband was in the ICU at Northwestern. I accidentally booked for a later day and the female clerk fixed the date so I could stay the intended night. She was wonderful and kind. And then I got a call from the hospital at 2am to go back. There were 2 men at the front desk and one made sure that I got across the street safely to the Galter Pavilion. Your staff went way above and beyond for me when I was both exhausted and stressed.

Was easy access to attractions. Breakfast buffet was good.

Needed more coffee packets, which took 1 day to get from the staff. Some people prefer to just have coffee in their rooms without going to breakfast right away. Should supply extra packets in rooms. The parking options was very confusing since you use a valet parking, which causes a lot of chaos. And the fees are way more expensive then if you were to park in the ramp yourself.

The room was big enough and clean. The breakfast was good, a lot of variety. Location was great. Close to much shopping, dining and attractions.

The original room was not available when we booked so we did not get the kitchenet but we were put into a nice enough room althought the king size bed seemed a bit smaller than a king. we were close to the elevator so that was some noise at night but not terrible. Have never stayed on such a high floor (38) and this caused a bit of dizziness among some family members.

The location is incredible, and the staff is very kind. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, and Damien in the kitchen (who ran an incredibly tight ship at breakfast and made the stay extra special).

The property is run down, and the pool was out of service for maintenance.

Huge room on 34th floor with spectacular views of the city one way and Lake Michigan in the distance the other. Lovely big comfy bed and good bathroom facilities. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the lady greeting guests at breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful and varied options.

Nothing - it was all great.

It is in the center of the city with many businesses around to walk around.

The elevators are a problem. I saw several people, especially a lady with her mother in a wheelchair, waiting for more than 25 minutes for an elevator. I went down the stairs several times, but I was on the 16th floor. Imagine who is on the 30th floor.

Exceptionally comfortable beds and bedding, I actually took a picture of the mattress tag. It’s that good.

The elevators seemed a little small and were very busy, but there was signage inside giving tips on elevator traffic which was nice and helpful
