the hotel was absolutely beautiful and the room was gorgeous. I had ordered balloons and a water view and it was just perfect.

There was so much back and forth though on chocolates that I never asked for originally. When I called to confirm the hotel I was asked if I wanted fruit. I said no but then there was an offer for chocolates so I said yes. I genuinely thought it was something the hotel offered but 7 calls later to the room from a few members of staff and dining we got two chocolate chip cookies. Its not a huge deal but there was this perception I was asking for the chocolates but it was offered to me.

A pleasant hotel with beautiful and clean rooms, great location, and friendly staff. We were satisfied with our stay.

Unclear breakfast system – it seemed to be included, but we had to pay extra, and there were no refunds if we skipped it. A classic buffet is more familiar and convenient. Also, there were no dental kits, which are usually provided in 5-star hotels.

We enjoyed breakfast on floor seven. The service was excekllent. Loved the smoothie. Of course pricey but that is the deal. We had dinner one night. Good but not great. Concierge services were terrific. Room and service were excellent.

Not much. I could complain about lobby being too cold but who cares.

The property is exceptional, location and facility very good.

I am having billing issues, although I have paid total amount, they are still withholding the insurance amount on my credit card while checking in and not returning my calls. This is a shame for Hyatt.

Our stay at Park Hyatt was absolutely outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of it. Personel was very polite, helpfull and thoughtfull. The room was absolutely perfect. From towels, bedding, night lights, shades everything was thought of. The in room bar was amazing they had some pre-prepared bottled coctails to enojoy. This hotel is beyond 5 stars - it has much more. Attention to details and the smallest plesures that make the real difference between 5 star and real luxury. Perfection. Thank you Park Hyatt.

The location is amazing - close to all shopping stores and the river area Staff are super friendly and supportive 10/10 Very clean and comfertable

All were fine but it would be great if they are a bite flexible on checkout timing like up to 14:00

Difficulty booking “experiences on line. And getting to a live person was difficult. And even when I did, she didn’t seem to know the products well.

The staff, room service accommodations, cleanliness and overall stay provided a great “home away from home” feeling while traveling for work in a new city.

Lovely and clean, with a great view from the 13th floor.

We were possibly a bit close to the lifts, and could hear them in the night.
