Perfect location! The train station is like 5 minute walk with loads of food spots around. This place honestly exceeded my expectations. The views from our kitchen/living room window were amazing. I came Chicago for my birthday and was looking for a place with nice city and skyline views and this place provided exactly what I needed. The Apartment was very spacious and clean with great heating. I honestly loved this place couldn’t have asked to stay somewhere better. Next time I fly into Chicago I’ll definitely be back at Kasa.

Great location and great space. Loved having the convenience of an apartment during a multi-day stay with a toddler. They provided a pack n' play as well, which was set up and ready when we arrived. Checking in and out was a breeze. The view was great as well!

The apartment was showing its age - some chips in paint on walls, no fan in the (fully interior) bathroom, the kitchen fan non-operational. Perhaps some touch-ups and general maintenance is warranted.

Very detailed process in check in and check out. The rooms were clean and had plenty of space.

The pre-check in instructions are a bit long, but unavoidable due to the system setup for check-in and the stay. The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable.

Kasa was a perfect place for our girlfriend 4 night stay in Chicago. The location is wonderful. Nick at the front desk was super helpful and was able to let us in a wee bit early (thanks Nick!). We walked to most places. The beds, linens and pillows were nice and comfortable. The kitchen stock was decent and when we asked for a couple of things, they were delivered quickly. Having the Whole Foods a half block away was awesome for any food or drink we needed. I used the gym which was clean and had a variety of good working equipment. We did not use the pool/bbq/outdoor area but it looked by nice. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Safe and secure location. Excellent value. Extremely convenient to a Whole Foods and the Red line train-only 1 block away! Spacious, light-filled corner apartment with balcony has wide open city views from the 11th floor. Nespresso pods provided. Loved the Malin+Goetz bath, soap, and lotion products! Clean kitchen. The gym was great and consisted of two separate spaces--one for strength/weight training and one for yoga and cardio. Apartment looked like photos.

The grout in the shower could use a refresh (but the lovely bathroom products made up for it). The air vent in bathroom and the vent above the kitchen looked very dusty/dirty which stood out compared to the cleanliness of the apartment. The toilet paper holder was sloppily affixed to the cabinet. A dog barking non-stop on another floor in the early evening hours for 2 out of the 4 nights.

Loved staying at the Kasa! Great location. 10-15 minute walk to all the attractions by the river! Lots of great restaurants to choose from in the areas with various range in price. Magnificent Mile was 2-3 blocks away on Michigan Avenue and the Riverwalk at the of of Michigan Avenue. Lots of great amenities in the condo, a full fridge, stove, coffee maker, tea kettle, washer and dryer and everything you need to cook if you so choose. Whole foods was across the street, very convenient to buy a few staples, wine and spirits. 711 was also close by for late night stop for milk, bread, etc. Bed was so comfortable! Bathroom had great water pressure and water temperature was ralky nice. Liked doing laundry before leaving so can pack clean clothes in luggage and not have to do laundry when we got back home. Liked having coffee and tea available along with milk/sugar, nice touch. Front desk security staff were really nice and friendly and gave great recommendations for sights to see and restaurants to visit! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Kasa.

We love sitting out on the balcony and have coffee in the morning or a drink late at night and play cards but the chairs in balcony were not too comfortable so didn’t sit out that much, which was a shame because view was really nice and weather was perfect. Furniture inside was very comfortable, liked sitting in the bar stools for breakfast😊

The location was perfect and beautiful. The red line metro was less than 100 meters away (1/2 stops to reach the Loop - Downtown). Very close was also a big supermarket with organic food. Lake Michigan was only a kilometer away and the Magnificent Mile even closer.

The price was quite high (it was marathon week ok, but still). I booked via Booking.com and until 2 days before I left for Chicago I didn't know anything about the address of the property nor about how to check-in. I tried in vain to contact the property via Booking.com without getting any answer. So I decided to get in touch with "Kasa" using the email from their website. Only then was I able to get all the information I needed. But it was not my job to do this. I should have gotten all the information via the Booking site!!!

TV doesn’t work. No instructions for the aundry machine.

No frills, clean, comfortable with functioning A/C (you'd be surprised at how many properties have old and poorly performing A/C units). Added convenience of a kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo. Included soaps, shampoo, conditioner. Nice choice of thick, absorbent toilet paper (Charmin).

Bathroom fixtures are old, toilet is not modern (too low and too small). Slight mildew smell in bathroom. Furniture in the unit is the kind that looks nice and high-grade but is actually lightweight and generally poor quality.

Really well located (close to L, but also really easy to walk anywhere from Lincoln Park to Field Museum, ideal for gig at House of Blues, and close to Whole Foods). Spacious, comfortable, very well appointed- we had everything we needed to have breakfast before going out, and it was really useful being able to do laundry/iron. Very comfy bed, and good pillows. No issues with street noise despite being used to silent countryside, or noise in the building despite being beside the elevator. Really good pre-arrival instructions, early check in and bag storage. Stunning views. I understand some of these things may depend on the apartment allocated, we were in 1809 and it was perfect in every way. At that price point where it encouraged us to choose this over a hotel room but was still surprisingly luxurious for the cost which is a real sweet spot.
