Suspicious room service at 10 PM. Housekeeping entered without identifying himself and entered the room while my wife was sleeping. He terrified my wife, who screamed bloody murder and shouted for him to leave the room immediately. I was with my children in a room down the hall. I rushed down the hall when I heard her frantice voice on my phone. She was shaking and crying because a man was at her bedside while she slept. She sincerely believed her life was at stake. We informed the hotel manager and he said they were going to investigate the incident. My wife called several times and they said they were still investigating, and to this day no word or formal email. Housekeeping has no business entering an occupied room that late at night. We will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this hotel. My wife still has nightmares about this incident. A housekeeping male said he was delivering towels we had requested. The towels had already been delivered to me personally the same day but at 4 or 5 pm. We didn't request more towels after the ones that were delivered before 10pm.

Have the management of this hotel or a corporate manager contact me about this incident..

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent

I did not feel welcome. The front desk staff were a bit rude upon my arrival and during check-in, emphasizing that they needed to make sure everything was in the same condition at checkout, which I found quite rude. When I entered the room, I noticed that one of the armchairs had a small tear in the fabric, so I went back down to inform them to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for it. Housekeeping was only provided every other day. Another issue occurred on the third day of my stay—no coffee or water was left in the room. I called the front desk to request it, and when the woman came, she only brought the coffee. She told me water was brought. I did not want to argue so I let it go.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with no issues.

The outside noise was very bothersome.

Spacious and well equipped room with outlets where you want them. It has a Keurig machine, a microwave and a fridge. I enjoyed having a bathtub. The internet is adequate (around 12 Mbps). The hotel requires a FOB for the elevators and the front door at night. The fitness center is fairly large with a good mix of equipment. Great location with many restaurants nearby and next to Grand station (CTA Red line).

Although you do not hear your neighbors, you do hear police/fire sirens at night. So bring your ear plugs if sirens bother you. The fridge froze anything that I had put in it whether it was water or fruit. The Keurig machine was finicky. The swimming pool is on the small side. Bottled water is $3.00 unless you are part of Hilton Honors.

I had a pleasant stay overall. I really liked the location—it was convenient and accessible. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated. The internet was fast, and the security measures made me feel safe, especially with the policy that restricts entry after 9 PM.

On the downside, the staff seemed to have an unfriendly demeanor during check-in, though I understand this might have been due to a shift change. Also, the carpet in the hallways looked worn out and could use replacing.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Great location, everything is close by. I can recommend.

There were 2 things I didn't like. One was a long black hair (my wife and I have light hair) in the shower. We asked the reception to clean it and showed a photo. They told us that they would send someone. No one came for 12 hours. The second thing was that they promised to add tea, but after two reminders this was not done, only when my wife went to the reception and asked again.

Location is great and the Room was Nice. I liked the welkomes Tv with my name on it. The view was very Nice and the personel / care taker was very helpfull. Very Nice solution / enviromental friendly with bathroom cosmetics, that Can be refilled. It saves a lot Of unnecesary use Of plastic bottles.

A free bottle Of Water should be included in the Room every day. In Europe it is a normal thing in hotels with 3 or 4 stars. Some even offer a welkomes drink - a bottle of Wine. I expected a bigger swiming pool, that could bring Joy to more people;-) Deposit was also a kind Of suprice for me, Specially, if guests are on the budget or Stay a Long time it is quet heavy expence just on the begining Of ones trip.

We enjoyed the central Location to shopping and restaurants. The room was spacious and we had a great view. The price for the location was very good compared to the other hotels in the area.

When checking in, we got there early, they let us store our bags until room ready. However, I came back at 2pm and asked when room would be ready...no one could tell me except the front desk said it should be soon. I saw other people checking in. We were tired so waited since it wouldn't be long. 2 hours later...we finally got into our room and that was only because I went back up to the desk and asked for someone else to look if a room was ready. And at first everyone said no, but then they kept looking and found one for us.

We liked the location (right on the red line, which was very convenient), the staff was nice (although we only interacted once), and there was much to do in the neighborhood. Overall it was a good stay.

Breakfast was $20 extra, so we did not partake. Also, we were told there would be a tub in the room, and there was not. Just a shower, which is fine, but my partner and I don't have a tub and were looking forward to it. There may have been some confusion with the staff about "tub" vs. "shower." Not at all world-shattering or anything, but I did pick this hotel because it specified that we would have a tub vs. one down the street that was a little less expensive.

That we were not charged for the night when we missed our connecting flight to Chicago. The beds were clean and comfortable, and there were enough towels for all of us. It was great that there was a safe, TV with channels to watch, hair dryer, and ironing board and iron. Good room darkening curtains.

The room could use a deep cleaning. The bed frames needed cleaning. That there was no fan in the bathroom, no chair other than the desk chair, and no where to really put anything down. It was really tight with four adults "stuff" in the room and no where to put it. HVAC system was very loud. That the time on the microwave was wrong, and that the bottled water wasn't complementary
