Suspicious room service at 10 PM. Housekeeping entered without identifying himself and entered the room while my wife was sleeping. He terrified my wife, who screamed bloody murder and shouted for him to leave the room immediately. I was with my children in a room down the hall. I rushed down the hall when I heard her frantice voice on my phone. She was shaking and crying because a man was at her bedside while she slept. She sincerely believed her life was at stake. We informed the hotel manager and he said they were going to investigate the incident. My wife called several times and they said they were still investigating, and to this day no word or formal email. Housekeeping has no business entering an occupied room that late at night. We will not be staying here again, nor would I recommend this hotel. My wife still has nightmares about this incident. A housekeeping male said he was delivering towels we had requested. The towels had already been delivered to me personally the same day but at 4 or 5 pm. We didn't request more towels after the ones that were delivered before 10pm.

I liked the location. The rooms were comfortable.

There was a miscommunication on breakfast. Bookings.com made it seem like breakfast was free but it wasn't.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times. It is very centrally located and I could walk to anything in the loop, west loop, magnificent mile and easily up to North Avenue. The parking option was vastly better and more convenient and reliable than previously even though when I arrived late Saturday afternoon, I may truly have gotten the very last spot in the whole lot and on the roof (which in fact allowed me to see the care from my hotel room!). Parking was pricey for 4 days (about $250) but safe. The room and services were clean and prompt and the personnel polite.

Really there was nothing bad at all. I wish there had been vending machines on the room floor but that these days is a pipe dream.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent

I did not feel welcome. The front desk staff were a bit rude upon my arrival and during check-in, emphasizing that they needed to make sure everything was in the same condition at checkout, which I found quite rude. When I entered the room, I noticed that one of the armchairs had a small tear in the fabric, so I went back down to inform them to make sure I wouldn’t be charged for it. Housekeeping was only provided every other day. Another issue occurred on the third day of my stay—no coffee or water was left in the room. I called the front desk to request it, and when the woman came, she only brought the coffee. She told me water was brought. I did not want to argue so I let it go.

The location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere with no issues.

The outside noise was very bothersome.

Spacious and well equipped room with outlets where you want them. It has a Keurig machine, a microwave and a fridge. I enjoyed having a bathtub. The internet is adequate (around 12 Mbps). The hotel requires a FOB for the elevators and the front door at night. The fitness center is fairly large with a good mix of equipment. Great location with many restaurants nearby and next to Grand station (CTA Red line).

Although you do not hear your neighbors, you do hear police/fire sirens at night. So bring your ear plugs if sirens bother you. The fridge froze anything that I had put in it whether it was water or fruit. The Keurig machine was finicky. The swimming pool is on the small side. Bottled water is $3.00 unless you are part of Hilton Honors.

the layout of the room is great for 3+ people, theres ample room on either side of the bed, and the bathroom sink counter allows people to put things on either side. theres a closet for hanging towels or clothes, extra pillows already in the closet. the towels were comfortable enough. free tea and coffee though i never used any. the pool and gym were very very clean. the location is literally next to a subway entrance/exit- i was very pleased with that. also next to a chipotle

the bed was too soft for me. only 3 elevators

I had a pleasant stay overall. I really liked the location—it was convenient and accessible. The room was very clean and smelled fresh, which I appreciated. The internet was fast, and the security measures made me feel safe, especially with the policy that restricts entry after 9 PM.

On the downside, the staff seemed to have an unfriendly demeanor during check-in, though I understand this might have been due to a shift change. Also, the carpet in the hallways looked worn out and could use replacing.

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Great location, everything is close by. I can recommend.

There were 2 things I didn't like. One was a long black hair (my wife and I have light hair) in the shower. We asked the reception to clean it and showed a photo. They told us that they would send someone. No one came for 12 hours. The second thing was that they promised to add tea, but after two reminders this was not done, only when my wife went to the reception and asked again.

It is a really good hotel, well placed with a subway station directly next to the entrance door. The city can also easily be explored by walking. Staff was friendlich and helpful, the room was really big.

The price for water in the lobby shop was ridiculous and a rip off to tired arriving guests. It is a bit uncomfortable regarding privacy that there is a (locked) door to the neighboring room where strangers reside.
