Great location and area of Chicago to sightsee in the city. Attached parking garage was a plus, although it was a little pricey. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean upon arrival. Walking distance to all major tourist attractions and to public transportation trains and buses. Area was safe and did not feel uncomfortable anywhere within walking distance of the hotel as this is more of an “uptown” part of downtown Chicago.

Parking garage was pricey. $161 to park vehicle for 3 nights, but that is expected in a city. Elevators took a little long to arrive but with almost 30 floors, that is to be expected as well.

The location can't be beat! Centrally located in downtown Chicago, this hotel is within walking distance of major attractions. Multiple public transit options are nearby for visiting things a bit farther out. The location is great for taking the train into the city so that you don't have to drive. The hotel is clean and modern. We had no complaints about the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The Wifi was barely functional. The hotel bar is also subpar, which is easily avoided by visiting one of the many wonderful options nearby.

It's a very good hotel at a convenient location in downtown Chicago. We enjoyed the beautiful city view from our room at 21st floor and in the fitness gym at 27th floor. The buffet breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food like bread, bagels, eggs, cereals, fruits, and a variety of hot & cold drinks. We also enjoyed the self-service drinks, such as cucumber water, coffee, and hot cocoa at night and before breakfast. The lobby area was quite spacious and comfortable with the artificial fireplace, and lots of coffee tables and chairs. Overall, we had a wonderful time at the hotel, and would like to stay at this hotel again!

The only downside was the elevators. It was often crowded and taking long, maybe because of the holiday? (We stayed there on Thanksgiving day.) We even used the stairs to go down to the Lobby (2nd) from the fitness gym (27th). It was another work out for me, but my kids enjoyed running down the stairs.

Staff was amazing, great attitude, friendly, very helpful. Best hotel on our trip having stayed in four different places. Breakfast was tasty, lots of options in comparison to many places that have included breakfast. Staff was kind enough to keep refilling and keeping doors open as people kept coming even 30 minutes past closing time which was 9am on weekdays. No one kicked you out or refused to get you something that was missing. This place believes in customer service! Enjoyed the lobby area, the views, and the 5 to 15 minute walk to so many sights. We arrived early and they held our luggage in a secure room, which was very helpful. Really appreciated the water bottles that could be requested at any time for no additional charge. Helped us keep hydrated. Bar area/ handwashing station in room with microwave and refrigerator were very helpful and convenient. Also great gym on the top floor with a beautiful view. Washers and dryers also available to run a cycle for a small fee, they sell detergent at the front desk. All seemly quite organized here at this hotel!

The room was a little dated. But staff and amenities made up for it. Suggestion and easy fix: There were no hooks anywhere to hang up toiletry bag or clothing to change into, including In the bathroom area, Especially needed if you are not traveling solo and want to get dressed prior to coming out of the bathroom area. Hooks to hang small travel bag or purse once coming into the room would also be helpful. Easy to hear other patrons opening and closing their doors and downtown often has sirens and odd noises taking place throughout the night. Would suggest earplugs or white noise machine. We were so tired, we slept through it.

The location is great and beautiful, the city is super busy don't matter the time but inside the building is so quiet. Other than that, a beautiful city with a lot to do for grown ups and kids/teens.

The breakfast area, I understand its super busy with all the guests but they need more organization and varieties on food, we ate the same thing the whole 7 days we stay there. Don't rent a car if you are just staying in the surrounding areas, the parking fees are over the roof and not worth it. And the hotel charge more than what they tell you on booking, I have stayed in better and bigger hotels for cheaper with a kitchenette, we are a family of 5.

The location was great. The breakfast was mediocre. Not everyone likes or can tolerate spicy sausage. No potatoes, had the same food two days in a row. It was tolerable. Staff very friendly and needs were met. The bar service was excellent and the food I ate was great.

The elevator was extremely slow. We were on the 9th floor and had to wait over 5 minutes each time an when it finally arrived, the door opened and it was usually full and then we had to wait again.

We loved the size and layout of the room, the location was fabulous and the price was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the laundry facilities. The beds were comfy too. The lifts were fast even though it was 4th July weekend. We loved our stay. Highly recommended by my family.

The breakfast ran out quickly some days. We always had something to eat though!!

The location is great, you can walk to most of the places in the downtown. It takes 5-min walk to the closest metro station. The room was clean and seems to be newly renovated. The breakfast was great, there are so many variety. In some previous comments, it was mentioned that "no breakfast left" even during the breakfast times. That was not the case during our stay. The staff was always there to refresh the breakfast during the breakfast time. All the staff was very nice and kind. Thank you so much!

No negative comment for the hotel. The only negative comment is the weather, be prepared for a windy and rainy weather if you are vising Chicago during the spring season.

That the hotel offered breakfast if you wanted it. The room was very comfortable.

The coffee was very weak and the quality of the bread could be improved. Also, it would be nice to offer whole or lowfat yogurt rather than non-fat yogurt. Weekday hours to go to 9:30 rather than 9AM. 9AM end time may be good for guests who are there for business but not great for tourists.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly accommodating, hospitable, and friendly, making every guest feel welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail and warm demeanor created an atmosphere of true hospitality. The hotel itself was the perfect stay, ideally situated downtown near most major attractions, providing convenience and comfort in the heart of the city. It was an impeccable experience that left a lasting impression.
