The staff was amazing! The location was prime for walking around, exploring and catching the L-train. The staff goes above and beyond to assist and give you recommendations during your stay.

Let's keep it real though, it is Chicago downtown which stays lively at all hours, so expect noise throughout the night if you're on the lower floors. The hotel provides you with ear plugs to help you block out the city night life. There are unhoused individuals all around asking for spare change but that's only once you start exploring outside the hotel vicinity. There is nothing the hotel can do about that so don't let it deter you from giving this hotel a chance.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and housekeeping were nice too. They checked us in early as per our request, very welcoming we enjoyed it The room was spacious and included a microwave which was a huge plus for our long stay. Sofa bed is queen size I think so it could fit 2 people. Location was fantastic! Most touristic sites were within walking distance. Safety was good too

No room service for food - although they have like a mini market at lobby. No safety box in room, if needed we had to put our stuff down in the safety boxes at the lobby's back room ( I don't know how to describe it but basically we get a box with a key and they take the box into the backroom were they had like safe to put them in or something) This was weird and nothing I have experienced before.

I loved the heated pool, friendly staff, and my stay in general felt luxurious and peaceful :).

There wasn't anything that I didn't like :).

The hotel was near shops, architectures, enjoyed walking along clean streets.

The parking fee of $65/day is NOT WORTH using this hotel. They should include the hotel parking fees in their website to protect visitors from the SHOCK of knowing the fees once they check in. We were really disappointed. Never going there again

Good location and view of buildings was nice too. The size of the room was also ample for two people.

The design of the bathroom area was a bit weird. There is no light switch in the shower/toilet area. Microwaving anything was annoying because there was a wood piece put in there that would not let you swing the microwave door to its full length.

Great location, walking distance to lots of places. Clean and recently refurbed rooms with very good showers and comfy beds. Blackout blind super helpful. The view is the view, not much you can change in the city. The pool was an added bonus. Never saw anyone else in there. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful with tips on places to eat and how to get there.

Breakfast is non existent. It’s not a real Starbucks if they only serve the awful US drip coffee. Better off walking around the block to a real Starbucks if that’s what you want. Misleading hotel info about the bar terrace next to the pool - there is no bar and alcohol is strictly prohibited on the terrace. Be careful on sat nights. It seems the young adults from outside the city sometimes gather for a night away. Had to call security at 3:30am to deal with neighbours having a loud post-evening drinking session.

Spacious room and great facilities. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect. So close to everything!

The room was quite large and felt like it was maintained very well. The beds were comfortable and the pull out bed for our third person was a very good size. Lots of storage options around the room, and the housekeeping was thorough and considerate, coming back later if we were still in the room.

The location was excellent, and the staff was absolutely top notch. They were so friendly and helpful, it was awesome!

Not much! The door handle on our handicap room was a bit tough to open, and the valet was too small to hold trucks. Also the elevators should be more efficient!

The location was perfect, and the staff were really friendly, and there was a coffee/tea maker in the room. There were really good restaurants close by.

We could hear the sirens from the streets, but i guess this is true for all downtown.
