Location is great.

Bed platform has sharp corners. Mattress doesn’t fill the frame and room is tight so when walking around bed I bruised my shin/leg. We had to use towel as a cushion around corners so we didn’t get injured. Recommend you purchase corner bumpers/cushions to pad it. Bathroom sink is useless. Too shallow. Can bearly put hands under faucet to wash hands. Sink should be deeper. Terrible design. Recommend a regular sink with sufficient depth.

Very good location. Very polite and nice people at the reception, always happy to help you or make a complimentary coffee. I did a check out at 1 pm instead of 12, it was great. Morning coffee and fruit as a bonus were very nice touch. View from the 7th floor was good but I wish the windows were cleaner :)

Shower room was quite old, the shower was either very hot or cold, it was difficult to find the balances my hairdryer was broken when I arrived, so I had to ask for a new one while my hair was wet, but they resolved it very fast. Cleaning lady wasn’t speaking good English and wasn’t polite neither. She told me that she has no soap (I needed a refill as it finished really fast) and she will not have it later. But again, reception people resolved the issue. I booked at the last moment by a very good price so it totally were worse these money.

The service was truly exceptional and without a doubt the highlight of our stay. Maryna and Nika went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for — Maryna was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout, and Nika made sure all of our room preferences were handled perfectly and with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Out of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in Chicago, this has been by far the best experience, and we’ll be returning exclusively to this property from now on. Highly recommended!

Everything was great!

Quiet- especially for such a busy location. Staff were polite and attentive. Comfy bed. Location is fabulous- everything is easily walkable from here and there are some great bars and restaurants nearby. We’d recommend Ambar across the road and Centennial Craft Beer about 3 minutes walk away. Free coffee and fruit available in the lobby every morning.

The room was small compared with the photos and was a bit shabby- not enough to spoil our trip, it just didn’t look like what we had booked.

This was my second stay at the Felix - I had previously stayed in 2018. Since then, there has been a program of upgrades to modernise the rooms, carpets and fittings and make them more comfortable than I remembered. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Coffee and fresh fruit provided daily in the foyer bar.

This is one of those hotels which has made the decision to not provide in-room refrigerators or tea and coffee making facilities. However, as already mentioned, freshly brewed coffee is available in the foyer bar each morning, but that means at least one trip down to the ground/first floor each time. I didn't appreciate the inconvenience of being stuck in one of the elevators (lifts) when the doors jammed and I couldn't open or fully close the doors. Staff response was rather slower than I considered appropriate. The fact that the doors jammed in the first place makes me wonder if the upgrade modernisation program included the elevators.

The girls at the reception were helpful and attentive. location is perfect for the Magnificent Mile region.

The room was not properly cleaned, with hair on the floor and smell of tobacco.

Lovely property, great artwork out front and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see! Although it’s not for everyone, it worked for us, basically only a bed and washroom no microwave or fridge.

Would’ve rated it a 10 but it doesn’t seem like anyone is monitoring sound and loud noises in the hall. Was woken up after 1 am by a drunken group in the hallway, walls are thin so we heard them in their room for a while till they settled down. Didn’t complain because it was St.Pat weekend and everyone was enjoying themselves… but if you’re a light sleeper and go during busy seasons keep noise issues in mind.

The staff was amazing, I wish I could remember the names of the two people who stood out because they were polite, patient, and accommodating. We were able to get a mini fridge & the lady at the front was able to make us a great latte in the AM!

The bar/coffee/breakfast area. It’s off to the side so when someone is waiting the front desk can’t see or may be busy, which was fine. The breakfast selection is minimal, so we didn’t go look at that as a perk.

The location was great, staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable.

When I asked about parking at check-in I was told that valet was $75 and the garage around the corner was $35/24 hours. Of course I chose to park my car myself. In reality it was $50/24 hours. It was still less than valet parking but more than what the employee told me. This wouldn’t be something that would keep me from staying there again.
