Very nice location for walking to the places we wanted to go. The property was clean and had a nice feel to it. The staff members were also very nice. We also appreciated how there were big bottles of shampoo, body wash, and conditioner that could be filled up and reused instead of small containers.

Nothing of note. Maybe provide more towels in the room next time.

Great value for the money. Great location. Staff were super nice and helpful. They have coffee and a microwave in the lobby. The bed was super comfortable. It’s very modern and clean. They include shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

The size of the room and bathroom were pretty decent compared to the price paid for staying in that area. The reception area was very nice, as well as the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable and the right size.

The cleanness of the room wasn't the best, some of the sheets were kind of stained but nothing too worrisome. The location of the plugs was uncomfortable to charge electronics. The music from the restaurant below was somewhat loud at times and it would travel from the elevator shaft into the hall.

The location is IDEAL - right in River North, easy access to public transportation, walkable to all major downtown attractions, lots of options for great Chicago food literally across the street! Must mention that the beds are super comfortable, and the room was just as pictured on the booking site.

The bathrooms could be kept cleaner. And a quiet work location would make this place infinitely better - it's not easy to fins a quiet workspace in this particular location outside of the hotel, and it isn't possible to work in a shared room.

The staff was exceptional! I texted to someone at the front desk, Jordan, at the day of my arrival because my plane was delayed so I wanted to know if I can still check in. I was at the property at around 2am. He would still check me in and was even offering to help get a safe transportation from the airport to the property since it was really late at night and I was traveling alone. Just recommended this property to a friend of mine who is also staying there right now. Thanks for making my stay in Chicago so great!

Besides my inconsiderate roommates the stay at the Found Hotel was very good.

Stuff there was perfect. Always helpful and really welcoming. I enjoyed talking with them. The room looks nice and cozy. Bedding is super comfortable. They have a nice kitchen and a large common area in the basement too. A good place to meet and get to know other travellers. Free laundry.

Nothing really. It was a bit cold in the room but they gave me a second cover. It was fine for me. Next to a bar. A bit loud sometimes.

The area was nice and walkable, and restaurants, entertainment and shopping nearby. A great area to start from to explore . Many cool bars to have drinks and meet people. I felt safe in the area and I would definitely stay again.

My shower door would not shut completely, not enough places to hang my personal jackets without it touching someone else's jacket. The caulking in shower had mold on it. The lounge downstairs was kinda humid and drafty. No shelving in the restroom or anywhere in the room. Privacy curtains in each bunk.

I love the location and the convenience of everything around the hotel. I also like the kitchen but there was no paper plates. We had to use napkins for our pizza. The front desk clerk said we could not bring the plates upstairs. They have to stay in the kitchen. The room was clean and there where coverings for the bed-sooooo nice! I also liked one of the guys in the mixed dormitory. He bought pizza and beer for the two of us. He was such a gentleman. I will never forget him. We also had great conversation. A true gem!🤣

The locker was available for only one side of the bunk beds. The other bunk bed lockers could not be reached because the bunk was to close to the wall. I was very uncomfortable with one of the guest in the room. I had a bed in the mixed dorm. The guest was hawking and spitting in the shower and he lifted his mouthwash bottle in the shower-gross! Other than that, it was a different experience for me. I would much rather stay in a female dorm. The price was so low. So, I thought why not give it a try. Thanks booking for the experience!

We felt the location was great, near lots of restaurants and bars and not far to walk to the CTA. Lobby and Kitchen were beautiful, appreciated the complimentary coffee. Room had a nice sized bathroom.

Room itself was rather small and I feel it could be equipped better with storage with a bit of clever design. Mattress needs replaced. I am aware this is mainly a hostel not a hotel but for the price we paid I did expect a little more.

I stayed in a private room with ensuite washroom. The whole room and washroom seems to be recently renovated, the room size was decent and the washroom was really clean. The Hotel has a good location, 5 min walk from Merchandise Mart Station, 10 min walk from the Loop, The Magnificent Mile and other attractions; Hard Rock Cafe, Portillo's, Mc Donald's and Walgreen are within 5 min walk as well.

I Believe the only cons that I found about this Hotel, is that I could hear the noise and loud music till 3ish am coming from the Bar downstairs.
