Location, and loved that the check in information was extremely clear, other apartments ive been too have really lacked with clear communication regarding check in but it was a highlight in this case. Also power went out at 12.30am and 24 hoyr assist was quick to respond. Also the rooftop facilities were amazing

Didnt love that the pillow slips didnt fit the pillows correctly. Didnt feel like i could have my blinds open during the day as directly opposit was the next doors lunch room and meeting room, the windows werent tinted so fealt like for privacy i had to keep tge blinds closed, which was a shame

The room and building was very modern. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed. The rooftop pool area was brilliant as it wasn’t too busy. The gym in the hotel was great and amazing views over the city. Location of the hotel was brilliant, we walked right in to the city and to navy pier no problem. Very close to 3 supermarkets to get your shopping for the apartment. The coffee shop underneath was nice but there was a better one just right over the road.

The bed was so uncomfortable. The staff on reception weren’t the most helpful or pleasant. You don’t get a hoover so I felt like the place for a bit messy because we were there for a longer stay. The virtual check in was confusing and took us quite a while to get in to the apartment as you get a pass to get through some doors then need a key for the room, would be better if it was one or the other.

- Clean new room - Great location - Quiet building - Water flow in the shower was great - Very fancy and facilities such as the business lounge which has a great view, the gym was clean and spacious, outdoor seatings in the rooftop was magnificent

- My queen room studio had a restricted view of and old building - No complimentary water - Lights were difficult a bit - The A/C was creating wired noises wakening me up at night and when I tried to contact them they didn’t answer

First of all you have to know this is not a regular hotel, it's a super nice apartment building complex where the 7th floor has rooms for guests. The location is AMAZING and very central. The rooms are great and I just LOVED it. You have the privacy of a room. You can cook, wash, dry. Just know there is a support via phone or whatsapp. The views from the room are amazing. High recommend this. But make sure you do the check in upfront to receive a code to get into your apartment.

Gym is not really a gym, more some weights.

I had an amazing time during my staying at Kasa. It was my first time and i had no idea it would’ve been this great. The apartment was super clean, well decorate and super well located (really close to the downtown area). I was able to enjoy the pool, Gym room with my access card and i felt very secure during the whole time. The team was really friendly and nice, helped me out when needed. I would DEFINITELY book again without any hesitation with them for my next trip. Thank you KASA for making such wonderful experiences for your client.

The apartment is very nice. It’s bright, with fresh renovations, and clean. When we were in Chicago, the weather was very rainy, and we spent a lot of time in the apartment. It’s very cozy and comfortable. The panoramic window is a highlight of this apartment. I found everything I needed for cooking in the kitchen. Clean and new dish sponges — a nice little detail that’s very rare in the U.S. Also, on the first floor, you can buy coffee at the café without leaving the building.

I always stay in kasa when I travel to Chicago, this place is amazing. Location is incredible, the amenities are wonderful. Kasa is home away from home

We had one issue with the key cards, first one didn’t work and then both key cards stopped working. Kasa customer service did take care of the situation but the resolution was not as expedited as I would expect.

The facilities in the apartment were great. From the kitchen appliances to the washing machine and dyer. Great location. It was clean and felt brand new.

I didn’t like the virtual check in process. It was confusing with the process and steps taken to get into the apartment. I noticed others having similar difficulties when they tried to check in.

Kasa River North is an awesome place to stay in Chicago. It’s just a 5 minute walk to the Brown Line, a 10 minute walk to the Red Line, and walking to Michigan Ave. It’s also close to restaurants, making it more convenient. The room was perfect, and everything here is excellent. We highly recommend staying here.
