We stayed at Level Chicago - River North and had an excellent experience! The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, featuring modern design and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and shops. A big bonus was the additional amenities, such as the gym and common areas for relaxation. Everything was top-notch! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay in Chicago. We will definitely stay here again!

However, we were unpleasantly surprised by an additional $600 deposit, which was not mentioned during the booking process. On Booking.com, we had already paid a $200 deposit, but upon arrival, we were informed at the front desk that an additional payment was required. This was very disappointing to find out during check-in. In the end, the deposit amount was higher than the cost of the room itself, raising concerns about the transparency of the booking conditions. We hope the hotel will address this issue and provide clear information about all additional charges upfront to avoid such situations in the future.

Thank you to the team @ Level for a wonderful stay. Everyone loved the views we had from our room. The conference spaces were perfect for those of us that had to work remotely. Big shoutout to Keri at the front desk for a seamless check-in and for her ongoing support during the week. Even when there was a lobby full of people and it was just her at the desk— she was an immaculate professional and handled it with grace and ease. 10/10 Would definitely stay with Level again!

loved the location and the view. the apartment was luxurios and enough space for 2 people with 3 big suitcases. kitchen was modern, stocked and clean. great a/c. we got upgraded to a higher.

Bedroom window didn't close all the way. couch and carpet didn't look clean. there was pet hair on my friends stuff that was on the floor. shower had poor water pressure

it is a modern but warm luxury apartment on the 31st floor in a luxury building ! We really liked the free arcade room and the outdoor patio with heaters ! would be nice to return in weather that can allow use of the pool! amazing views!!

parking is expensive in the building and the surrounding areas.

It’s a great location, a 5 minute walk to Merchandise Mart station, the river and bars and cafes. Supermarket a 10 min walk away. 10 minute walk to the blue train line to the airport. Fantastic facilities, pool, gym and lounge area with shuffleboard.

Room not services unless you are there for more than a week.

The location was great. I did everything walking. They're pet friendly. The place is extremely clean! Everything looks new and chic. The amenities are really nice. The pool has a nice view. The gym is very complete. It is a quiet place. They have parking. They have pet area inside the building.

Parking is a bit expensive. They have a pet fee (I must say the pet fee isn't as expensive as other places, it is 20 box per day). The wi-fi never worked for us as they probably gave us the wrong password even thought I asked twice.

Everything was perfect! We didn't have a great view of Chicago but we didn't have a problem because it was too cold to go out on the balcony. anyway it was 10 out of 10. a very comfortable bed, a kitchen that had everything you need if you plan to cook, and a spectacular bathroom! Phil Kalyan was at the reception the day we checked out in the morning he was very friendly and he helped us with everything as well as the other receptionist the night before, both very friendly. we will come back again.

Options to get extra bits if needed; the entry in the lobby is very chic and welcoming. The Elevator was executive style

The time it has taken to return my deposit, anything longer than 24 hours, is unacceptable today. Having to follow up on it is also not cool. It could have more sports channels

Amenities and liked the security of the property.

I didn’t like that upon check-in, I was informed of a daily resort fee- even though it’s not a resort. I HATED the faucets in the bathrooms. They gave out a “rain water” type of flow so when you put your hands under the water, it splashed EVERYWHERE and very little into your hands. Had to wash my face in the kitchen sink. Won’t stay here again because of those two things.

It felt safe with all of the card scanning requirements. It was east to get deliveries and food delivered. The in unit washer/dryer was very convenient. Trash chute location was convenient as well. The view was amazing!

Lack of a place to store toiletries in the shower. No full length mirror. Lack of a garbage can in the bathroom. The bedroom air vent could not be closed or redirected easily and made it difficult to sleep at times. On site parking was a hassle to get in. We needed to step out of our vehicle and go in to the lobby and ask the front desk to open each time.
