We had a fantastic stay at the Mag Mile Residence Inn. The room was exceptionally spacious, spotless, and very comfortable – perfect for our family trip. The small kitchen was impressively well-equipped, which was especially helpful as we were traveling with a baby. The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was large and clean. The hotel also has a stylish and welcoming lobby, which was a great space to relax and spend time with family who were in town for a wedding. The gym was another highlight – well-equipped with quality machines and free weights. And the location couldn’t have been better: just steps from the Magnificent Mile and a short walk from the river and many of Chicago’s top attractions. Highly recommend for families or anyone looking for space, comfort, and convenience in the heart of the city.

I liked everything about this place. The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel was clean, quiet located half a blocks from Magnificent mills. A beautiful street with wide sidewalks full greens and flowers, attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and fun places for every age. It’s five minutes walk to Zara, Neiman Marcus, Nike and all the other designers brands. We also enjoyed river cruising in Chicago. The weather was great but we still needed to take something warm with us for the cool breeze. The rooms are equipped with glass top stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and dishes. The only thing that missing is keeping couple of bottle waters in the room.

We loved the location! There was a 7-eleven, Trader Joe’s, CVS, and shopping super close to us which we enjoyed very much. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from beginning to end, couldn’t have asked for better. I did a lot of research beforehand on where we wanted to stay and cleanliness and reviews were a big deciding factor. It was super clean, loved the soft sheets, and modern layout of the room and hotel. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Kudos to the Front Office Manager, Mr. Andrew Mroweic-Barnhart who greeted me opon my arrival and others were exceptionally courteous! Thank you all! 😍😍 The spacious, room has a beautiful street view, clean and crisp linens, smart room technology, functionally-situated lighting, a comfy bed and furniture. appliances, utensils, etc. The 20th Floor has a fantastic view of the architecture surrounding the hotel location. Spas, food, luxury and other shopping, and the chicago River are conveniently located close to the hotel. I slept very well like I do at home! All the I never had breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. I rate this hotel ambiance at 10 stars, even though it was a one-night stay. I will return.

As with all downtown hotels its a bit noisy (maybe they could look at windows in the next renovation) separately there was work being carried out on one of the floors which woke us 2 of the mornings early- im not sure the hotel could control this as i was told its water works - they gave me “points” and offered a late check out so fair play i suppose

Location news great, rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was wonderful! We had two rooms that were adjoining, so our 3 children had their own room and so did we, but we had privacy. Very nice stay! We would stay again!

Our box spring was very loud, even just getting up and down from the bed or rolling over. My kids bed were fine though so I believe it was circumstantial to our room (1004). We actually ended up moving our mattress to the floor.

Even though the Hotel is modern, the windows are lousy and it is really noisy in the room. You get used to it of course but it is not what I had expected. But at least there is no noise from the corridor and the other rooms. The American breakfast is nice if you like such a heavy meal in the morning but for Europeans the choice is very poor. And it wouldn't take much to offer some croissants, a muesli and two more yoghurts.

Very comfortable, clean, and modern facilities. The hotel is very well located.

The hotel is located very close to a hospital, and the sound of ambulances and fire truck sirens is frequent both day and night. Unfortunately, the hotel’s sound insulation is not adequate to block the noise, and we were woken up several times during the night.

Staff were friendly. Felt secure, had to use a key card to get to floors with rooms. Room and bathroom were very clean. Like that there were buttons by the bed to control the curtains and lights. The doorman was wonderful and brought all our bags down and loaded them into the car. Nice bar at night.

Parking is $75 a night. That is close to the going rate in the area, just adds a lot of expense to your stay.
