The Peninsula is a true five-star hotel. The room comfort is excellent, with great attention to detail. The service staff is outstanding. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast and the restaurant’s location were both excellent. The pool on the 20th floor is large and offers a magnificent view of the city, with every possible comfort. Among the best five-star hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Perhaps it was due to a particularly busy period, but we were surprised to learn that it was necessary to make a reservation in order to have breakfast in the restaurant. It was the first time we experienced the need to reserve a spot for breakfast, despite being hotel guests.

Fantastic room in terms of size, cleanliness, comfort, overall condition, decor and amenities. Huge walk-in dressing area, bathroom with two sinks, separate powder room, and the ability to shut off the living room / sofa bed area with the sliding pocket doors for privacy. Good lighting that could be adjusted to suit time of day/ mood. We also enjoyed the breakfasts (excellent food), the gym and the pool/ spa facilities. Exactly the experience we needed after a couple of 'dud' hotels earlier in our travels, and also a very nice welcome from the staff --- especially the amenity kits provided when they realised our luggage had been diverted to a different city and I was about to burst into tears!

Staff service is really next great! everyone is so nice and kind and just helpful, really one of the best service I've seen Location is the amazing! everything is few minutes walk Cleaning is very-very important to me and this hotel is at the highest levels! Room is smart-room with a console that controls almost everything, very convenient I will definitely come back next year

Shower head is really old and must be changed to current 5 stars hotel standard as rain mist shower! this is a small issue comparing to all the benefits but the shower experience is poor

Love the art displays, the cozy nooks throughout to Lounge and people-watch. Housekeeping service is excellent and very aware of our needs. We loved walking to neighborhood restaurant and shops. Beds are super comfortable!

In the bar/lounge, there seem to be a few good looking women who are there solo who were making eye contact with everyone walking in, and trying to cozy up to the customers. I don't know if they are looking for 'business' but the bar staff should be aware of this.

All the members of staff at the hotel were very attentive and helpful. Bed was very comfortable

Ceilings felt quite low in our room and we didn’t think much of the view (we paid up for a premium view). There was a lot of noisy sirens going off on the street below which made us feel a little like we were staying in an urban war zone. The Chinese food in their restaurant was a bit 2nd rate which really surprised us as we expected more. The service in the restaurant however was very friendly

You couldn't find anything to complain about. The room and bathroom were spacious, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever had (and we travel frequently!). The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a wonderful atmosphere in both the bar and the Chinese restaurant.

Can’t think of anything we disliked

The Peninsula Hotel was amazing to me and my family. We went for my son’s 9th birthday which is on St. Patrick’s day and they exceeded my expectations. They were very good to us! My son felt like a king for his birthday. They did a special accommodation for his birthday without us asking. We will definitely be back. The staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

The staff was kind, assertive, & willing to meet all of our requests! House keeping went above & beyond stocking us with water, extra pillows, & blankets. The valet was exceptional too; always prompt with getting the car & being attentive to my husband who just had surgery. The location was ideal for getting to the local hospital and they were wonderful with providing a complimentary wheel chair too so we could make it to the follow-up appointment too!

Everything in the hotel was amazing The manager of the hotel Mr. Vincent Reyes is a great manager He came to us to try and solve our only problem with the security

Security of the property are very mean and unprofessional Head of security and another person under him Both of them has a very bad way of treating guests

Food was excellent; room service exceptional; everyone was quick and courteous. The only issue was every morning and dinnertime there was a pervasive food smell in the room.
