Been all over the world and our stay here was just as good as any of the 5 star hotels we've stayed at. Came up for our granddaughter's college senior night in March. We liked the stay so we came back in May for her graduation at North Point University. Nice and friendly staff, good parking and excellent breakfast. A little disappointed that the egg omelette only comes with pork however everything else will most definitely fill you up also the rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and the beds, pillows and blankets are very comfortable. The rooms feel comfy like home verses commercial. Will most definitely return if we need to visit the area again.

Cleanliness, maintenance, extremely polite, friendly and accommodating staff, layout, roominess and decor of suite, extra rollaway bed, breakfast coffee and water stations were all terrific.

The pullout couch was not comfortable. The tipping system was a bit confusing. There was a card in the room with information on how to electronically tip. When I saw the staff member cleaning other rooms on my floor, I chatted with her to let her know I left her a cash tip in the room. I learned, however that she was not the person assigned to the room even though her name was written on the card. Had I left a tip electronically, the tip may not have made it to the appropriate person.

This hotel is in a convenient location insofar as it is just off of a major highway, but not in an especially scenic area and you need to drive to restaurants, etc. That observation is not intended as criticism but rather to let readers know what to expect. The hotel is well run and the staff is friendly and efficient. We had a good sized suite at a reasonable value; the breakfasts were better than expected with a fair variety of selections available. The breakfast room was quite busy most of the time as it seems large groups stay at the hotel, but it was never overly crowded. Overall, a positive experience staying here and would recommend, especially for business travelers and those looking for a decent place to spend a night or two.

Again, not a criticism so much as a recommendation, i.e., if you know you are going to be out during certain hours it might be a good idea to coordinate with the cleaning staff to service your room during that time. (One day we came back around 4:00 pm and the room was not quite ready.)

I was impressed with how the breakfast was maintained. It was swarmed with people yet the staff kept everything stocked. Also the hotel offered to service the room every day which is unusual these days. We had the queen suite for family of four. It was really nice to have space to spread out. One teen took a bed and the other the pull out couch. The kitchen with stove, fridge, and a few dishes was a nice touch as well.

The service desk people are all super nice! No bad attitudes. The kind of people you like seeing in customer service positions. The room was very spacious and clean. Worth the price we paid for sure. Stayed there with my husband and 4 young children

It is noisy at night. Think we were hearing one of the commute trains go by all hours of the night. Also the distance is FAR from downtown. Took us 45 minutes to get downtown and back

Nice big breakfast area and supper quality of the breakfast. The omelets are fantastic. Mostly the veggie. It reminds me for all inclusive resort. Swimming pool - excellent. Provides some toys for the kids. The parking has good lights. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Average 45 min to downtown. Because of highway construction. I'm considering it good. The room smell good and is clean.

I can't say anything bad.

After a very long drive and a very dirty Air bnb we found ourselves at Hampton Inn. We were greeted so kindly by Fernando. He helped us get checked into our 3 rooms. He made us feel so welcome and put smiles back on our faces. He suggested places to visit and where to dine. He was extremely helpful and we were quite impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Fairly close to shopping malls and restaurants. Right off the interstate. Breakfast ends at 10:00am Ample parking Comfortable rooms with a kitchen, couch, closet space and a separate bathroom with a tub. Restaurant attached to hotel

Construction going on near the hotel but I didn’t hear any noise except from the interstate, during peak season the parking lot is filled up, a gentleman that worked there stayed on the phone as I waited to check out. Kinda expensive for three days , but only managed to stay for two.

The staff was welcoming, friendly and responsive. The morning breakfast had a lot of good options that all tasted good. The room was clean and well appointed. The pool area was well maintained, and the pool itself was a good size. The hotel was about an hour by car or CTA into the city, which we didn't mind.

There wasn't anything about this hotel that I didn't like. It was a great experience overall.

The front desk staff was very friendly and I like that the facility is close to the city, restaurants, and the mall. The Black lady with red hair was very helpful.

The cleaning people did not speak English so it was difficult to explain what I needed done in the room. I had to use Google translate. What if someone did not have an app to help communicate? The bathtub was not cleaned to my liking, half-done.
