I loved our stay and had a great time the staff was super nice it's a beautiful hotel and loved the location

The only problem I had was when I arrived the room wasn't ready so I took another room the beds was to small so I slept on the couch bed and fri night something was biting me I looked with my phone light and the mattress was spotless so sat night it was worse so Sunday when we was gathering our stuff in the dresser drawer there was dog hair so now I figured out it had to be flees I'm highly allergic to fleas but other than that I would highly recommend to anyone my room number was 212

I was incredibly impressed by the breakfast. The cook was funny and fast and he was able to get a lot of people served quickly!

My only complaint may seem petty, but it was honestly a huge complaint for our group: the TV remote does not include a Guide. You have to turn the TV off, then back on again to see the channel list, and then the list will scroll on it's own..when you see a channel you want, you have to be right there to catch it. I've never seen this kind of system before and hope I never do again

We were so welcomed and it was a most busy weekend with activities at UK and Keeneland that it was surprising that the staff had time to say Hello. The Front Desk and smiled and made us feel at home The lounge staff were so friendly and welcoming, too. It was so wonderful that we stayed an extra night! (When was the last time someone did that!)

Um ... the refrigerator made extra noise? But that was fixed straight away, so ... Cannot think of anything else

Breakfast was good, the room was overall clean and comfortable. The evening reception with free drinks was a nice touch. The batch mixer was phenomenal.

I requested in my booking that the pull out bed be made up prior to arrival and it was not. We ended up just sharing the two double beds. One of my friends also forgot a tooth brush and the front desk said they were out. The bathroom was overall clean, but you could see dirt and grime in the corners. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom so it took a while for it to cool off after a shower.

Nice facilities, clean pool area, comfy beds, good location.

Breakfast (what was available) was decent, but not very well stocked. We went to eat about 45 minutes before the end of the designated breakfast time. Many items weren't stocked, or had less than a serving available, but they were never refilled. Other than that, the place just needs a good face-lift. It's just kinda worn, and could stand to be updated.

Very comfortable bed. Loved the night reception. Breakfast was great. Everybody was nice. Loved all the tropical plants, made it seem fancy 😉

Really the only issue we ran into, was the ice machine by our room was out of service. And we did not know where another one was. We did not end up having time to enjoy the pool. But it looked nice!

The breakfast was excellent. The check-in staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was clean. The beds were so comfortable.

The staff at the bar was not friendly. It was very confusing. The bartender was also taking orders for the restaurant, and the welcome reception. There should be signs up to help people who are just checking in. A menu or Billboard would help a lot.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was really good. The hotel was pet friendly which I loved. The lobby was really a nice place to relax and wind down. Once in my room I could not hear any outside noise which was very nice.

The furniture in the room was very uncomfortable and needed to be updated. The bed was horrible, it was rock hard and the pillows flat. It could have also used a bigger tv in the bedroom. Our room was also very hot and muggy. They did provide us with a fan but we’re fully booked and could not move us.

Beautiful property near the Kentucky Horse Park, breakfast was included.

The room fell short, feels like going back to the 90ish, old furnitures and the beds were uncomfortable but we love the size of the room, suffice for family of 4. There were many unsupervised running minors during our stay, pretty noisy but can't be help during holiday season.

Beautiful location, good food, nice pool

I wish the mattresses had actual protectors on them. I always check the beds everywhere we go and although there were no bugs (thank God) you could tell something had been spilled on the bed at some point in time. The rest of the room was great. Clean linens just wish it had a protector it was more of a mattress topper.
