Linens were comfortable, bathrooms had plenty of towels, filled stocked soap dispensers, and was clean. The lighting in the bedroom was good. This was the best breakfast I've ever had at a Holiday Inn Express, very well stocked, everything an appropriate temperature, delicious cinnamon rolls that were moist.

The room smelled very musty in 441 and it made our noses stuffy. Also the bed closest to the window needs a new mattress, the center dips quite a bit.

It was just right for our family and big enough so we could all be together. Our children are adults but like to keep them close when traveling and this fit our plans. Location was just right, we did ball game in Boston at TD Garden, and also did Basketball Hall of Fame. So being in the middle of both venues worked. Wish I could remember lady's name that checked us in she was very helpful and informative. Gave us directions and ideas for dinner when we arrived, not everyone would give us the time of day but she offered us directions and ideas. Appreciated her help and kindness.

Everything was great. Breakfast was nice perk in the morning. Reception were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and nice atmosphere. Comfy beds.

The TV wifi connection was not good. Only a handful of channels worked others kept freezing up and couldn't watch much of anything. Disappointing for sure. Went there to relax and wind down after 7 hours in the car.

Staff was really nice. The one person remembered us from our stay last year. Rooms are a good size for 2 boys to play.

Breakfast was ok. The eggs were burnt, and when asked for more because it was empty, it took almost 10 minutes to get. The 2 staff just standing in the doorway

The receptionist came to my room to help when I told her the room was cold. They have more cart to load luggages, the best part is they have tagged it return cart 🙂

Got in later in the evening, the desk clerk was very nice, and recommended several places to catch a meal(picked Applebee's), gave me a 10% off coupon for them, and good directions! Room was quiet, clean and I had a great night's sleep.

Little pricey for me, but then everything in Auburn was pricey!

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Alex checked us in, gave us all the information we needed, as well as the amenities and things to do. Later, Carmen checked back to see if we were comfortable and needed anything further. Amazing and super nice people.

If there had been a restaurant or lunch bar, food service, I probably wouldn't have gone out at all.

The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean, the breakfast was great, the room was quiet and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit and the area was safe. If you are traveling and need a place to lay your head, have peace of mind and not break the bank, this is a great option.

Rust in the tub and the hotel is in need of some routine maintenance/upkeep however by no means is there anything incredibly wrong or out of the ordinary with the hotel, just needs a little love.

Carmen checked me into the hotel during a very busy Saturday afternoon. She was kind, courteous and very helpful. She followed up to ask if my room was ok. And kindly answered questions. The housekeeping manager was amazing as she ensured the rooms were ready for the guests. All staff was efficient and friendly and helpful.

Easy location to my mother in Brookdale Eddy Pond residence.

The staff ate breakfast with guests, right at the entrance to the breakfast room, strange to me. A first at any place I've stayed. They usually eat after the guests.
