The kitchen in my room! Large fridge. Relatively quiet and comfortable. Outdoor area was nice with a grilling station, a pool and a tennis or baskeball court. Pool is outdoor only but nice for warmer months. Close to Trader Joe's and HMart if you want to get groceries and close to restatuarants and the mall if you want someone else to cook. Decent breakfast.

Odd elevator alcove made it hard to maneuver the luggage cart. The elevator floor was sticky for a few days. A sidewalk from the hotel to the main drag would be nice or at least a clear path. Evening reception is a nice idea though the food could be upgraded a bit.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly spacious, providing a comfortable environment for our stay. The staff was attentive and helpful, providing useful local recommendations and promptly addressing any requests we had. Their friendliness contributed to the positive atmosphere. The room itself was well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and thoughtful amenities. We almost felt like being home, because we haven't missed anything. In summary, our experience was very positive, and we would consider staying here again if we return to the area. Thanks to the team for making our visit comfortable.

Room was spacious. Full kitchen with large fridge. Breakfast was great. I personally enjoyed making my own fresh waffles. Check in/out was a breeze and location is great being a 5 minute drive to Burlington Mall and Lahey Hospital

Renovations are currently ongoing and this was not mentioned at any point before check in. Whilst it didn't overly affect us it was a surprise. In our room we had 2 double beds and the one by the window was directly in line with the A/C vent so you were constantly blasted with either hot air or cold air and there was no way to redirect the air flow

Breakfast was really really good. It was dept well supplied up til the last minute it was open. Location was very convenient and Uber came right away so easy to find Rooms were very comfortable and clean. A lot of construction going on so things will be even better when that is done

very friendly staff who were extremely accommodating. I was ble to stay a bit later and store my suitcases at the hotel as I had a doctors appointment to attend and allowed me to go there without all my luggage

We loved how easy it was to get to the hotel and that there was a great parking area. The 2 bedroom suite was a wonderful layout with the rooms on opposite ends of the living room/ kitchen area so privacy was never an issue. The kitchenette area was spotless and furnished which was really great.

The shower didn’t work properly but we’re in hopes it was repaired for the next guests to come in. There was no hot tub and the pool was closed for the season. We were a little disappointed not to be able to relax and unwind in a hot tub or pool after our long ride to stay near Boston for medical reasons.

The room was nicely furnished and provided everything I needed for my comfort. I also liked the evening meals 3 from Mondays to Wednesdays.

There was a particular person at the front desk who did not provide good service. I expressed discontent that my room had not been cleaned every 3 days as promised. She told me that it's not her fault but the fault of the cleaning crew. No apology.

Unbeatable price-quality ratio for relative large suits so close from boston, and with so much commerce around, not only can you drive from the hotel easily to boston even at rush hour but you can walk to nearby barnes & noble, market basket, etc etc, all accessible with large sidewalks. Friendly staff, efficient and working facilities, fully equipped kitchen with all necessary, perfect for week long stays of entire family, nice living room kitchen area separated from room for a family of 2 adults and 2 children

Comfortable suit with two bedrooms (each bedroom with its own bathrooms). Breakfast included. Kitchen with big refrigerator and useful appliances. Well decorated with good furniture. Fitness room although very small. Some shops available in the neighborhood.

Breakfast was good but not with healthy options! Full of sugary foods and drinks, unfortunately! Considerable distance to Boston city center.

The breakfast had a lot of options and were somewhat varied evrry morning. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed.

The AC air wouldnt reach the bed so it was super cold on one side of the room and warm on the other side. The room was also called a "king suite" but was a queen size bed which is misleading. There was no conditioner filled in the container for us to use.
