I love this hotel! I have ran Boston Marathon and must say that location of the hotel is perfect for me and my family. Very easy access to Boston (so runners don’t be afraid 🙂), T station very close and working perfectly . Quincy is nice and quiet place. Hotel has really comfortable rooms with fridge and microwave in. Hot water in the shower, comfortable beds, amazing breakfasts. Staff is very helpful and friendly. WIFI is working very well and there is PC with printer in the hotel. We meant to stay 7 night and stayed 9. There was great atmosphere in the hotel before the marathon where many runners stayed. We also could leave our luggage with no problem for few hours before the flight. Highly recommended!

Staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive. Beds are comfortable. Location is great. Free parking is wonderful. Free breakfast is also great!

They no longer have King suites. They are in the middle of construction where they are doing away with them. You are able to get a good size King room with a microwave and mini fridge which is great, however the suites are still advertised with much higher prices on Booking.com so that needs to be changed. We plan on booking there again and would like accurate info on Booking.com. (I did receive money back for not being able to get the suite I reserved.)

There was nothing that we didn’t like

When I checked in, I spoke to the young man at check-in and he gave me a great recommendation for dinner and a map with directions on how to get to the train so we could go into Boston the next day. I had more questions the next morning and that young man also pulls out a map to give me complete directions. Super friendly.

They had a nice variety for their breakfast. They just needed somebody to come and wipe off the counters as people were using it because there was spilt milk and food on the counters as you were trying to get food on your plate.

Very easy to find. You can park at the hotel. Free breakfast, with nice options. Room is comfy and practical. Friendly and helpful staff. Quincy isn't as jammed with cars as Boston city center. Lots of supermarkets can be reached, by car, from the hotel. A couple of restaurants too. You can even drive to the city from Quincy relatively easily.

Walls are just a little bit thin between the rooms, but it's alright for someone like me who uses earplugs. Also, not the fault of the hotel, but the nearby metro line was temporarily shutdown on that weekend, bad timing.

There was a stain on the cover on 1 bed, so we decided not to sleep on the bed, and sleep on the other bed that was available to us but please try and hire another housekeeping lady there has to at least be two lady. You guys have 1 lady cleaning the entire hotel. i dont think that's fair. I am saying this for a reason. I just dont feel like putting everything on this app.

The size of the bedroom was pretty good and it had some good comfort stuff that are not usually present in hotel like, coffee machines and iron. The Staff was absolutely amazing in providing information and hits of the region. We also had an issue with the payment and they were always there to support us and guarantee that everything was set and correct and helped us to sort the things out with Booking.com. Parking lot is huge which facilities arriving and moving around the area

We reserved a 3 people in one room but only have one King bed. And when I check in online, we need to pay for extra bed. So, why we not booked 2 people room and pay lesser?

The floor wasn't vacuumed well and the room may be vacant for a while that it is too moisture. Until we set the air conditioner on for a while to keep the room dry.

Everything was very clean, and the location was great. Close to many restaurants and attractions.

We had checked in and received our keys. Went immediately to take a nap, and were woken up by someone trying to access our room. We told the person they had the wrong room, but immediately received a call from the front desk. They had forgotten what room they had put us in and tried to assign someone else to our room. Had the door not been padlocked, someone would have walked in on us sleeping.

Loved the large room. It was square instead of rectangle so it felt like a real bedroom. The hotel staff were incredible. One gentleman gave us precise directions to get on and use the subway (The T) and gave us a map to get to our intended locations. The continental breakfast was fresh with lots of choices and was well attended.

The only negatives I have is that the shower head was too low and the water pressure was a little low.
