Nice room. Clean. Comfortable.

Very noisy people early in the morning, 7:30 AM. Loud and inconsiderate of other guests early in the morning. They should have a specified noise policy between certain hours. We could have used the extra sleep and other guests were simply rude to do this. I understand that it may only be a few and other guests very nice. But they should have a policy and enforce it.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place near Boston Logan Airport (just 40–60 minutes away, depending on traffic). The location-to-price ratio is excellent — it’s hard to find accommodations of such quality this close to the airport that are also so reasonably priced. The hotel isn’t the cheapest option, but the high level of service and comfort absolutely justify the cost. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There was a small issue with our reservation through Booking.com, which seemed to include breakfast for only two guests instead of three. The staff resolved the situation promptly and generously provided breakfast for all of us without any issue. Speaking of breakfast, the continental breakfast was outstanding. There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, far exceeding the typical hotel breakfast. Overall, this hotel delivered great value, warm hospitality, and a high-quality stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place near Boston or Logan Airport.

Shuttle in advertised as a plus on booking.com one of the reasons I booked this hotel. When we asked it was not available for years. No response from booking. Com even though I contacted several times .also very embarrassing situation at dinner when people were being asked to pay cover charge for a band the hotel put in the restaurant area and seated people there. The people refused and it got very loud and fraught. These people should not have been put in this position .

Little outdated, but still in decent shape. Clean, quiet, quite far of commercial areas, good place to run away from civilization and "recompose"... comfortable beds, good wifi

Unsatisfactory value for money...breakfast wasn't included in the booked rate, thus making the overall staying overpriced comparing with similars in Woburn. Complementary coffee only in the morning(ok, better than nothing), few towels in room, AC unit quite noisy and the check-in was heavy (have to revalidate access cards, as it didn't work at the first try). No invoice at check-out (was told that it will be e-mailed, didn't happened)

I got the room last minute at a great price. There was plenty of parking. When we got there, David was working the desk. He was super friendly. Exactly the kind of person you'd want being the first impression guests get of a hotel. I'll definitely use this place again. There was a live band in the restaurant and it sounded like everyone was having a blast in there. I was too tired myself to go in, but its nice to know they do stuff like that. Oh, and the bed was wicked comfy!

Nice clean rooms, very spacious, I was looking forward to continental breakfast

Breakfast was good, but not very warm, infact most of it was cold and the eggs were very runny.. there was a lot of empty dishes, like no bread, no butter, ect...maybe they were under staffed and thats why they were falling behind, i saw several people saying the same things about waiting for breakfast items and items being cold

The front desk staff was very helpful and genuine. I loved the rolling table in the room! The walk-in shower with glass doors in this King room was better than the tub and curtain.

The room I had (346) was directly across from the middle elevator, and I could hear the ding every single time it arrived. Other than that, I liked everything about this room.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Specifically, Donna, David, and Jared-(apologies not sure if I’m remembering his name correctly), were very helpful. Restaurant/bar was nice and live band that night was nice.

Overall room was clean, but bathroom could have been cleaner. Also outlets were limited with no USB ports, glad we had cubes with us.

Rooms were spacious and clean. When an issue with the room was reported, it was dealt with.The town of Woburn is delightful.

The first room we had, the AC leaked and the carpeting became very wet. So we were upgraded but very late in the day, so the front desk Adrian helped clean it so we could get ready for an off site wedding rehearsal dinner. However housekeeping staff failed to fill soap dispensers for two days. The shower head broke, was temporarily fixed, broke again and then repaired to last.

The breakfast was good. Service was a little slow. When we had order from more towels, they didn't get it. So we ended up calling the next morning for it again which they then sent it to our room. For international travellers,it will be a little difficult to find parkings near the subways or metro so you might need a taxi.
