Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Grounds were well kept.

Front desk was unfriendly. When I arrived to check in she did not even say HI. When I said HI she did not even reply. So I told her I had a reservation. I asked her a question which she didn't seem to want to be bothered to answer so I asked for her manager. The supervisor came and she was very nice and answered the question. I told her that I thought she needed to tell her front desk clerk that she should greet her guests with at least a "hello" and she did not. She apologized for that. If that front desk clerk was working for me she would be fired. She needs to learn some manners and how to smile in her job or get a job where she doesn't have to deal with customers.

The room is new, just renovated, very clean and neat, a lot of light and outlets for chargers, comfy bed, even a little coffee table with the comfy chair! Breakfast was alright, nothing exceptional, there was a sweetest lady in the world working there. I would definitely suggest this place to stay at!

The door in the bathroom is so big, I had to get in to the shower to close it and I'm average size. Coffee machine is a bit weird but it worked:) I did not like that only 1 housekeeping lady in the whole 5 days actually attempted to clean the room. The receptionist told me if I need anything to let them know. So when I ran out of toilet paper, I called reception, and I just got of shower, and the guy from there said:"So you can't get over here?!". Why would you expect A GUEST to come get their toilet paper from you? It is your job to supply a room with everything is needed, I don't have to get it on my own while I'm paying for the hotel, which does include services in the price.

Close to the beach and the outlets. Breakfast had a great variety of options.

Housekeeping services never came until the day before check-out. Even after requesting daily services to just empty the trash and leave clean towels. I had to go to the front office everyday to get trash bags, clean towels and even toilet paper. I was told everyday that they would come nope never happened daily during the stay. Front desk staff was aways outside smoking and had to wait for them to finish before they would come inside. Even on the morning we checked out front desk staff no where to be found had to wait 10 minutes for them to even check out. Yep you guessed it dude was outside on other side of building smoking at 3:30 in the morning.

My first night i checked in i dealt with a lady named Amanda i believe. She was amazing. Joked with me and was very nice. Everyone else was nice as well. The room was cleaned, I stayed for a week so didn't want anyone in the room to clean, but if I needed something they brought it to me. I did have an issue with the toilet and they had maintenance there within 5 minutes to fix it. Will definitely be back to a best western if needed again.

Food was cold some days.

Sorry, this is a long one. A friend and I had to travel down from Michigan for our daughter's cheer competition. After a day of travel (15+ hours) we checked into our original hotel. Let me tell you, our original hotel was absolutely disgusting. When we walked in, the room smelled wet. Even though the AC was on the room still felt humid, the bed sheets were damp, the comforters had cigarette burns on them, and there was mold on the floor, in the cabinets and draws. We spent the next hour trying to find a new hotel. When we finally found one, it was worse than the first! Needless to say, we spent another hour finding another hotel. We FINALLY came across this one! I called to make sure that the reservation I had just made went through. A very nice man named Oliver was the one that answered and helped us out. I explained to him what we had just gone through, the reason I was calling and asked if I could check out the room before I paid for everything. He said that he was very sorry to hear that and there was absolutely no problem with me checking out the room before we processed everything. Our room was pool side and OMG! That pool was AMAZING! I walked into the room and holy crap was I blown away. The room was nice and big, CLEAN, and smelled so good like clean linin that just came off the cloths line. I was so happy and relieved that I asked Oliver if I could give him a hug as a big thank you for being so wonderful, understanding and accommodating. He greatly accepted the hug and said if there was anything else we needed to make our stay more comfortable to just give him a call. The hotel is close to the airport but to be honest we barley registered that planes were flying overhead because they came so infrequently. We spent two days there and all of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing about this hotel that I did not like. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the pool and hot tub were great. If I'm ever back in that area again I will definitely be staying there.

Comfortable and clean room. The property is older, in good order and well maintained with no overt wear & tear. That is a compliment to management. We felt safe at this property. There is ample parking. The breakfast food is above average. The dining staff are attentive keeping the food properly served and the facility neat and spotless.

There were some overflights of aircraft landing at the nearby airfield, but not disturbing as they were short duration and infrequent. The location is close to a busy highway though no traffic noise that disturbs.

It's safe, clean, friendly staff !I wasent eclectic to pay dog fees after I paid $200 to get ESA paperwork & was told I could use that& wouldn't be charged for my Pomarranian! Im Having to do Ext. Stay bcas I bought a lemon- car & have to fight Toyota dealership in court & No discount or waiving fees? Over all satisfied, But i Will have to move to another hotel that will atleast waive pet fees?

Pet fees! $25 a night? I was told at check in i wouldn't have to pay !

This was a very nice stay! The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, the beds were very comfortable, and they served the nicest breakfast I’ve ever had in a chain hotel! (even compared toto other Best Westerns I’ve stayed in) They served hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, fresh yogurt, a nice variety of juices, grits, pastries, fruit, and cereal. I was blown away at the options!

Property was well maintained. looks to have undergone recent renovations, room had fresh paint, new cabinetry and lighting, granite vanity lighted mirror. front office staff were cheerful and friendly. I would book there again. Location is great!

The sink drain got stuck closed and the shower/tub drain would not stay open during shower. beds were a bit worn in.

We love staying here. Great price, wonderful breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, beautiful courtyard, fantastic hot tub, amazingly clean rooms, fantastic location. Will definitely be back for a 3rd stay some time.

There was nothing we had issues with. I felt sorry for a staff member that another guest left a bathroom in a horrific state and the staff had to clean the bathroom, which they did do. People should do better! You wouldn't do that at your home. The people working in this industry don't deserve abuse in any form and to leave a room in horrible condition is abuse of staff.
