Everything. Been to Vegas 6 times over the years and have now stayed here 3 times. It has no casino, so is lovely and quiet and is just off the strip so good access. The free parking is fabulous and I love the gym facilities - if you have a car, consider this location. Also love having a fully fitted kitchen and lounge, so the space is great 👍 to relax on a sofa after you get in.

Nothing really. Only niggle would be is to have a bigger gym / more equipment, but that’s a personal request.

Last day they threw in convience fee of $300. Guess to offset no resort fee. Won't stay again it was presented rudely and wasn't disclosed upfront. Staff was quite standoffish after charging fee for entire rest of our stay. So unprofessional...stay elsewhere.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. We enjoyed the fact there was no casino inside the hotel. The food in the hotel's restaurant was tasty - nice simple selection too. The level 5 pool and bar service was excellent. We would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was fantastic. The inside of the elevator doors could be shined up but that was really minor. Also, a safe walking passage to cross the street to the indoor mall would be nice. A walkway over the traffic would be a great addition. Some of the drivers coming out of the sub-parking area of the mall were agressive - this was across the street, and kitty-corner, from the hotel.

amazing location just off the strip - although right now I’d avoid it (June/July 2023) because roadworks make getting Ubers/Taxis so hard. Rooms are amazing, new and super comfortable with everything you need.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa for a 3 night stay. The room, location and facilities are just perfect for a family. What I especially loved, was not having to walk through a casino to get to our room. Which is just what we had done with 2 nights at the Bellagio!! Was so glad to move to the Grand Marriott Chateau. This hotel has so much space, with full kitchen, lounge and washer/dryer. I would have given this stay a 10/10 however on the second night we had no hot water on returning to our room at 10pm. Maintenance spent over 30mins in our room looking into it and unfortunately couldn't fix it. We all had to go without showers that night and the following morning. I requested a room change which they were happy to provide, it was just a real hassle to have to pack everything up and move for one night. We did get a small credit on our room stay which helped.

No water was a real shame as everything else about this property is perfect!

Excellent location. Nice and quiet.

Location was our reason to choose this hotel: just off the Las Vegas strip, but in walking distance of major attractions/hotels. The Marriot Grand Chateau does not have a casino, which is a big 'plus' for us. The rooms are spacious and have a good bathroom.

These are the reasons I chose this hotel: - It has a microwave. I need it for my tea and some frozen treats. - Close to the Las Vegas Strip. We can walk there and get what we need (food, medicines, etc). - Not too close to the airport or the Strip, so we don't need to worry about the noise at night and can have a good rest. I have no complaint about our room. It was spacious for the three of us, and it met our needs. The staff was helpful as well. We felt welcomed when we arrived here after a long flight. The Wi-Fi is free and good, too. It's worth the money we paid.

Our room was near the pool, so it wasn't quiet in the afternoon: music and people were chatting. This wasn't the staff's fault, as I should have asked beforehand. Besides, if you spend an entire day outside, the noise from the pool wouldn't be a problem. It's just that I was tired and wanted to get a brief rest before heading out at night, and thus noticed it.

Great location to the strip and topgolf. Very walkable. Good to have two pool options although small for larger groups like ours. Room “the villa” slept 12 comfortably with a great communal space. Comfortable. Room to decorate for a bachelorette party. Helpful with location two rooms together also! Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great hotel for large groups and quieter with no casino which really suited our group. Overall a great location for a large bachelorette

Only issue we had was no cleaners in the room to collect garbage, towels were collected every 2nd day which meant for a 4 day trip we only had one towel change due to checking out on last day. We requested more which the hotel accommodated. No garbage collection was not ideal!
