The hotel was close to attractions. The view from the window of the New York skyline. We stayed in the suite with two beds and a trundle bed. The trundle bed pulled away from the sofa. The room was very spacious to fit 5-6 people. Hot breakfast was served everyday. They had options of continental as well. Breakfast just ended a little early. There is a pool and a gym. The pool kept the kids occupied in between attractions. Overall a wonderful experience.

You have to pay daily for parking. Parking must be paid or you would be towed.

The location in regards to The American Dream Mall, the breakfast, the sofa in the room, and the cleanliness.

The pool is teeny tiny and limited hours so we didn't get to use it (which was disappointing because that was an amenity I was looking for when booking); there isn't body lotion provided in bathrooms - it's winter and our skin is dry! The bath towels are small and thin, but that's not a major complaint. There's a walk-in closet which is nice, but no place to open suitcases and leave them accessible; lastly, we wish there was a restaurant nearby for dinner

The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff made my stay comfortable.

The bartender on Friday night July 26, 2024 was a bit rude and seemed as if he didn’t want to be there when my husband asked him what was in the French Martini he said I don’t know with an attitude bit we thought he was joking, but he was serious. I asked him for a moscow mule and it didn’t taste right so I asked him if the lime juice was in there and he says I put limes in there and I said no the actual le juice and he says on we don’t have none back here. Again, he was very short and his drinks weren’t great.

This hotel was kinda base camp for New York sightseeing. Transfer to NY was easy and cheep (bus stop is literally on the opposite side of the street, and one way ticket coasts $5.15 or $48,80 for ten pieces set) The room was clean, spacious and decently furnished. Besides we had a nice view for NYC. Breakfast was better than USA average (not just "powder-made" scrumbled eggs and pancakes but there was on an option to create own granola). Bit pricey but still at least twice cheeper than NYC.

I loved how close it was to NY. I loved my suite. I had room 505 and I will always request that room. Cool view. We were able to watch the sunrise and set. The staff was amazing!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The breakfast was great, and fresh! Everyday!!! Not to mention there’s a bar Tues-Saturday! The pool looked cool and clean. We didn’t get in though. I’ll be back!!! Thank you for making our trip that much more enjoyable!!!!

I stayed here to visit America Dream, and it was an amazing stay. The house only about 5mins away which was great. The room, bathrooms, and lobby were very clean. I had to do a late check-in due to a major rain storm that delayed everything for us and they handled it no problem with ease. The front desk receptionist, Richard, was amazing - very nice and attentive, a true definition of excellent customer service!

Breakfast was okay. Only thing wouldve been good to have pancakes or waffles to go with the eggs and sausage that they served.

Great location to get to New York. Public transport via the bus with the bus stop directly outside and buses appear to be regular even at weekends and buses were never full. Hotel including the room and facilities were great.

Once I had booked the room I noted the stipulation that you needed a credit card to check in. I emailed the hotel direct to ask if a bank debit card was sufficient or did it have to be a credit card and the reply was that it had to be a credit card. I do not have a credit card as I am from the era where if you can't afford it you don't get it. I contacted my UK bank to ask about a credit card and realised the process was not quick and would cost me. I looked at the Marriott website that said debit or credit card was sufficient for their hotels and took a chance by not applying for the credit card. The very pleasant receptionist accepted my debit card without comment but the earlier email from the hotel, suggesting i did need a credit card, did cause me concern and needless worry.

Hot breakfast was great. Plenty of food options available. Location-wise, it served my purpose very well as it was walking distance to the NJ bus station that easily takes you to & from Manhattan, NY. Hotel was clean and my room was quite spacious and reasonably-priced considering the proximity to NY.

I was hoping to purchase some red wine on arrival. Unfortunately they were out of stock but the front desk clerk did apologize for the inconvenience. This hotel isn't close to any amenities so if you're looking to dine out in the area or do some shopping nearby, you'll need to use your car. Minor inconveniences. Would stay again.

Breakfast was good. There was a shuttle to the concert I was going to at Metlife. Hotel was really nice. I didn’t use it but there is a gym and a pool. The bartender also opened up a bottle of wine my friends and I bought which was very nice. Staff was also really nice.

It was a little hot in the building, but nothing too bad. It is expensive for a night but you get what you paid for.

Firstly, I think it’s weird that parking on the hotel property wasn’t included when you’re a guest. Especially since when you get in the room the TVs Home Screen says “complimentary parking available” Secondly, We were there for 4 days and no one came in to clean our room during the day. We never put up a DND sign, and we told them at least a day after we arrived that we would like our room cleaned and they didn’t clean it until basically the 3rd day, really being our last day there.
