Breakfast was fine - we like self service but there were also people there to help, when I could not find cold water. We have stayed here many times and is always wonderful. We especially like that ALL rooms now have refrigerators, coffeemakers and microwaves. Also, I must say that another visitor in my family group had an "accident" during the night but his nurse/companion had very good help and cooperation from the Housekeeping staff in cleaning up. Thank you! We also came back 2 days later for another night and requested a late check out for our rooms because of a late afternoon flight, We very much appreciate getting the late checkout for one room to make it easy to store luggage, go shopping and leave late for a comforable drive to the airport.

We have been there many times and have never seen the "mini-market" in the lobby so empty! Maybe the most recent guests really cleaned it out ? There is still hot, good coffee free in the lobby, but it would be really great if there were also an urn of hot water as well. And on other visits I have seen yogurts and croissants and morning pastries for sale in the lobby, near the complimentary coffee.

I Always stay with you when i go to NJ, flying into Newark The staff is always super friendly and helpful, i love how ALL the rooms have microwaves, refrigs and coffee machines and how hot coffee is always available at front desk. Suggestion: an electric urn for hot water to make tea, also, near front desk - and stock up on more goodies in the mini-shop in the lobby - it had been picked clean on our last visit! ... The rooms are BIG, the cleanliness is impeccable, there are 36 cable channels, the shopping in the area is fabulous. My only complaint is that THERE ARE NO IN-ROOM SAFES for valuables and documents. For those of us who come from overseas with documents we cannot travel without (and who have been pickpocketed and/or robbed in foreign cities) it would be a great convenience and comfort.

No in-room safe and the bar was closed on Sunday.

We had a class reunion of about 20 people at the hotel bar and it was a great time. Our contact was Lori who is the head of sales and marketing, and she was able to book all of our rooms on the same floor close to each other and had the staff at the bar prepared for our arrival at 7pm. There is room to accommodate many more people and food is available which was very good. The hotel is conveniently located off the parkway in Clark, a very safe area that is close to many restaurants and not too far from the city. We would definitely have a party here again.

The party eventually ended.

Breakfast was excellent, good hot choices. The sausage was delicious. Coffee was available early, which I appreciate. The amenities were as described. The pool and outside area were really nice, but it was raining during our stay unfortunately.

I used booking.com, and even though I was booking a room for 4 people, the reservation only gave me breakfast for 2, so I had to purchase 2 additional seats for breakfast. I do not recall that being an option during booking, so I was unaware until I arrived.

Very good service, room was clean, location was accessible to everywhere I wanted to go. Uber was an easy connection. Value to cost ratio was very good. Again, personal service welcoming and made the stay easy. Would stay again in this hotel.

Everything was good. Did not find any issues with the stay.

We stayed here for a funeral. It was convenient, but in all honesty it was the only hotel close to our destination. We chose it for the location. The rooms were comfortable and there is a small pool which was enjoyed by the children in our group.

The breakfast is mediocre and expensive if you don't book a room with breakfast included. The lobby is poorly designed and doesn't have enough room for guests. No full restaurant. there are plenty of great places to each nearby, but if you arrive late at night make sure you eat before arriva.

Bar area was closed a lot of the time then only open 7-10 on certain days then closed on other days.Hall ways on every floor were dated needed freshing up also bathroom was small location a bit out of the way nothing in walking distance

I enjoyed my stay at this location. Very clean and easily able to travel to the closest mall and eatery.

1. The bar area should be open until 11 p.m. and not 10 p.m. 2. I wasn’t aware that the facility offers breakfast. The attendants should make the guest aware that there is breakfast either it’s free or with a fee. This is just a suggestion.

The staff in the front desk was awesome very professional I definitely will stay there again

Hotel a bit outdated but I understand it’s been there for a while but nonetheless staff was great and I will definitely stay there again

The Indian women that worked at the desk had disgusting attitudes. They were so nasty. They were not helpful at all and they didn’t hide the fact that they didn’t wish to accommodate me or help me with understanding any of the hotels policy. They need to get rid of them because they’re the first face that is seen when customers arrive. The men were very nice.
