Location.

The room was clean which I appreciated. But the toilet around the rim was covered in mold and small pieces of toilet paper left behind toilet. I know it is being a Karen but it is small things that make you look We were looking forward to watching tv. Love all the channel that you can get. Well it was not working. I did not want to watch sports or news. Also being charged 5.00 to park in the parking lot is amusing. I still do not know why but paid it.

Great customer service. Had to add our pet at the last minute and contacted the hotel; they helped us with our issue without a hitch. The hotel was super clean and the location was great. We went to RIT which was about 10min away and it was also close to the highway. We had a great breakfast at the hotel before hitting the road each morning. The had waffles!Not much more you can ask for. Oh, did I say they had waffles! 10 out of 10!

Significantly better than the stay we had at Comfort Suites in Michigan in the Spring. Facility was clean, comfortable, plenty for breakfast, parking was plenty and location was excellent.

Though the room and bathroom were clean, the ac did not function properly. It took a very long time to cool down and the room did smell of smoke (as if it had previously been a smoking room).

Super easy to get on and off the highway. Located very close to gas station for a last minute fuel up. Right next door to Cracker Barrel to grab a quick bite. Really liked the two queens/sofa bed rooms, they were decently spacious and even had a little table to eat at separate from the workspace.

Our bedding was a little grubby. Probably on accident but a few items got overlooked and we didn’t have a trash can in the room or bathroom. Not a huge deal though for a one night stay, we were fine!

Room was spacious. Staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Breakfast in the morning really hit the spot: Eggs, sausage, waffles, toast,cand more. Pool was nice; a little cold.

Very minor: they ran out of jelly at breakfast, and the honey was with the coffee and tea additives instead of by the bread and toaster. We'd stay here again.

The staff was very welcoming and I was arriving later then I said and called them I was still coming but I be late they said no problem. They even made a pot of coffee for me even though the food area was closed I drove 8 hours to get there.

Nothing it was excellent for me. I stay there everytime I go to Up state New York its close to the colleges.

I didn't like the fact that they put a 150 dollar damage charge on my card without telling me about it neither did booking .com I checked the web page and nothing was said about it.

Large rooms, Clean. Indoor pool open till 11pm.

Staff were rude and most of the time you had to rung a bell for service but the attendant was sitting on the couch in the lobby.
