Great customer service. Had to add our pet at the last minute and contacted the hotel; they helped us with our issue without a hitch. The hotel was super clean and the location was great. We went to RIT which was about 10min away and it was also close to the highway. We had a great breakfast at the hotel before hitting the road each morning. The had waffles!Not much more you can ask for. Oh, did I say they had waffles! 10 out of 10!

Super easy to get on and off the highway. Located very close to gas station for a last minute fuel up. Right next door to Cracker Barrel to grab a quick bite. Really liked the two queens/sofa bed rooms, they were decently spacious and even had a little table to eat at separate from the workspace.

Our bedding was a little grubby. Probably on accident but a few items got overlooked and we didn’t have a trash can in the room or bathroom. Not a huge deal though for a one night stay, we were fine!

The staff was very welcoming and I was arriving later then I said and called them I was still coming but I be late they said no problem. They even made a pot of coffee for me even though the food area was closed I drove 8 hours to get there.

Nothing it was excellent for me. I stay there everytime I go to Up state New York its close to the colleges.

I didn't like the fact that they put a 150 dollar damage charge on my card without telling me about it neither did booking .com I checked the web page and nothing was said about it.

All staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel is really clean and quiet.

Booked two queens but was given a king so my kid had to share my bed. They were sold out becuase they gave preferences to a church group even though I booked months in advance. I would still stay there again becuase the staff were great.

When got to the room notice pry marks on door jam,got in room night lock was removed from inside the door. No vending machines had to go to the motel next store to get a drink. Pool looked very inviting, Cold

I like the room size and the bathroom size it felt spacious and comfortable.

The beds where a little to bouncy and the pillows were to soft that it was hard to sleep right at night.

Cleaning/deodorizing smell was strong throughout. Air in room was very dry. No way to completely block outside light from entering window (no light blocking drape).
