Nice hotel! Good location and price. Friendly staff (special highlight to the check-in staff guy when I arrived late in the evening--nice and helpful). Clean room overall. Great coffee!

The curtains looked like something had been spilled on them? Window cleaner maybe? Didn't want to guess beyond that. Not horrible but noticeable enough that I thought you might want to know. Also, showers usually have a sliding door that encloses you completely. Not sure if this is a new thing, but since the other side where you enter did not have a door, I did my best to stay in the part where the glass door and shower head was. Tough, but the mat was on the floor to capture any sprinkles of water.

The room was spacious! Full fridge, kitchen sink, and hot plate included! It was also clean & comfortable. Parking was adequate. Good price point (<$100/night for our stay). Good location. WiFi adequate.

The TV had no channel guide (there was a QR code to scan with your phone for a guide, but it was incorrect- and no guide when you hit the guide button on the remote). It also was not a smart TV (no streaming services or AirPlay options). The breakfast had decent options (hot options were sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles), but it was not prepared well. The eggs were almost flavorless and the gravy for the biscuits was very thin/watered down.

The room was very clean! Nice king size bed with plenty of room. Definitely felt very homely and made a great place for an overnight in Bricktown. Located close to Bricktown and other fun places without traveling on the highways. It definitely met what my expectations would be of a room the with tax was around 116$. Missed the breakfast so don’t know if it was good or not. Open, well lit parking lot with doors located on every side. I slept like a baby, not a newborn because they wake up a bunch. Now that I think about it, not sure how the phrase “slept like a baby,” came about as mine did not sleep very well. Anyway, not a bad choice if you find yourself heading to OKC!

The lid on the toilet didn’t stay up so using the restroom was like a physical challenge requiring flexibility and some bending.

From the time we arrived to when we left the visit was wonderful. Nice clean lobby and room, Convenient parking. Easy access to Bricktown and memorial. WE really e enjoyed our short stay. Plenty of towels ,soap,Hot water, equipment in kitchen for cooking , Really Great Hot and cold Breakfast. Plenty of seating. Overall cant say anything negative at all Thank You ..Great job!!

Nothing , it was Great .Definitely will stay again and suggest to friends when visiting Oklahoma City. I guess to say one thing . SOME people like ice Tea in the morning. would be nice to have that already brewed

The room seemed well kept as did the lobby. The breakfast was fresh and very tasty!! There was a good variety to choose from and it was all hot. It was quiet most of the stay and we didn't encounter any real issues.

I think the hotel was formally a smoking hotel as it has a faint odor that reminded me of smoke. I have a sensitive nose so I noticed it, but my fiance couldn't smell the smell. Regardless, it wasn't anything I couldn't get past. No complaints outside of that.

Loved the selection of breakfast. Each morning it was hot and ready loved the time frames of the breakfast. We had bacon our first morning and never had it again total (5) days boo wished we had more bacon!

check-in process was a bit odd she was not very friendly and it took more time due to her getting side tracked and was having issues typing and seeing the computer screen

The room was great. It was an easy drive to several nice downtown restaurants.

Breakfast didn't start till 7 a.m., which made it difficult to get an early start. Unlike most hotels, there was no coffee before 7 a.m., either. The in-room coffee was terrible, of course. The orange juice was more water than juice. There was a 10-minute wait for the one waffle maker. Not a satisfactory breakfast.

The location was close to bricktown. The front desk was accommodating.

There was a musky smell to the hallways. The original room they tried to put us in was tiny and not at all like the description of the one we booked. They moved us to a different room which was better, but then the drain in the bathtub took a while to drain.

Cleaning staff was exceptional! The place was immaculate, and the cleaning staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was very good. Great options.

The desk clerk was not the most hospitable fellow, he was a tad brisk, but he did his job and quickly. Funny smell in the halls. I was greeted with several homeless folks in the parking lot, who didn't bother me, but traveling alone I felt a little concern.

It was very clean! Our room was actually equipped with a full working kitchen and cooking supplies.

We were trying to check in.. We stood there about 10 minutes before someone came to the front desk.. I even tried ringing the phone and the volume was turned down so low. I could barely hear it ringing standing next to it.. BUT. Once the young man came to the front. He was very polite and quick at his job..
