The staff were very helpful in the middle of the night getting my family in at odd hours was still managed well, gave us directions to Spokane and we took the scenic route up north. Were able to swim early in the morning before we left as well, and that clean pool was a nice touch in our travels.

staff was great. it was quiet for the most part. in the middle of the night i did wake to the neighbors doing "adult things" very loudly lol. the walls were a little thin. and it would be nice if the pool opened earlier and not wait until June.

pool was closed and it was in the high 80's and 90's. the coffee was a little weak. um...when yall were really full the maids didnt come by to give us clean towels one day. the day before the maid came in with clean towels but didnt make the beds. these are stupid little things but this form is encouraging me to write more, so...

The breakfast was good. The hotel is located next to the Umatilla River. If you walk down the street a block, there is a small park area where you can access a nice walking trail along the river.

There is no elevator to the second floor and the parking area can be a bit tight.

The staff was super friendly and attentive. We got there late in the night and the lady at the front desk was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was better than most other places we have stayed at. It was nothing fancy but we definitely had more options to choose from. The room was also bigger than we expected wish was nice. I will definitely be booking with them again.

The continental breakfast was one of the best that we have had in a weeks time staying in hotels, motels, and inns. The electrical outlets could have been a little more accessible( ours were behind the bed) and the lighting was dim.

We went for a college visit 4 my daughter it was cozy close to the college in walking distance to everything we needed. Staff was nice and very greetful

Nothing that we didn't like about it besides it had shampoo and body wash but no conditioner.

I did not expect breakfast so was surprised. Location was great!

When I checked in, they asked me to pay. I questioned why I was being charged $90 per night instead of $78 and was explained it was for two people. It turned out that I had registered for 2 instead of one person but they still charged me for two. Oh, well.

I could fit my family of 7 in a room. Big. Lots of streaming options. Best Continental breakfast I've ever had!

The bunk bed was shaky and didn't seem very sturdy. None of my kids would sleep on the top bunk saying it felt like it was going to fall. Need more light. Beds kinda hard.

We were in town for Pendleton Whiskey Music Fest, this hotel was close to everywhere we needed to go so we were able to walk. The front desk staff was very friendly.

Parking was very tight, toilet was broken so if you didn't wiggle the handle it would run all night long. Otherwise great experience. We already booked for next year!

A perfectly nestled spot with access to everything nearby! The property was well kept with beautiful flowers all throughout! The breakfast offered lots of quick and easy options that were tasty as well! We will definitely be back!
