The room was very nice to stay in as we were there 4 nights! Best part was the staff. Front Desk Jaycee very nice and very professional! Checked on us everyday! Breakfast was excellent food choices and items in tray were hot! The key though were your breakfast staff! Nancy and Pat! Nancy kept everything filled and warm! Look forward to seeing them in February when we return!

One elevator was down off and on in the 4 days! No bother to us but tough at peak check in and check out times

The room was spacious and furnished well, with lights that were easy to switch on and off, and a fairly quiet HVAC unit. It was clean, and that is always appreciated. The breakfast was definitely above average. The mini scones were a nice surprise and were my favorite breakfast item there. Check in and check out were very easy.

The beds were very hard and I had trouble sleeping because of that. And it was very close to the Interstate so there was road noise. I was there with a group for a sports event, and someone else chose this location. I would have stayed farther from the highway. Also, it was hard to get to from the direction I got off of the highway-from I 75 south. I had to drive across a gravel lot at night to get to it because there was a median in the road where I needed to turn, because of its proximity to the interstate interchange.

The $70 “non-refundable” pet fee!!! That’s a very high fee just for a single small dog. The “non-refundable” part is a deal killer for me! If there was nothing to clean up or fix up, then it should be a refundable fee!! This will definitely stop me from staying at a Hampton Inn property going forward. As a Hilton Member, I will be letting them know my thoughts to.

Good location with easy access from highway. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast area. Welcoming lobby. Halls were quite. Parking was easy. Checking in was effortless. Staff at check in was kind enough to warn us of pending bad weather.

Shower valve handle was loose and sink in bathroom was clogged, toilet seat loose. Let the front desk staff know repairs were needed.

Whilst I enjoyed the breakfast, there was not a lot of whole grain options for me as a vegan so literally had oats every morning.

I think as a member there should be a discount offered on your booking otherwise what’s the point of membership??? I could very well go elsewhere for a better rate

Clean and quiet

No hot water in the shower !! breakfast was lacking breakfast sausage patty to go on the biscuit, the gravy could have been used to hang wall paper. NO FLAVOR!! AND. Why would anyone want smoked sausage cut up pieces instead ??? Rest of breakfast foods available was regular fare

I arrived at 3:30 and my room was not ready when it was supposed to be ready at 3:00. Then the next morning when I went to check out, they said my card was declined. My room was already paid for. Then they tried to charge me for 2 extra nights. I was not happy at all when I left!!!!

The breakfast was great tasting, and all the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very fun for my kids and the perfect temperature.

One of the mornings that we stayed there wasn't any seating for breakfast. All the tables were full and my kids and I had to stand and eat.

Very nice facility. Very nice lobby, the burning fireplace was a very nice touch. Got to our room, and it smelled clean and looked very nice, lots of towels in the bathroom. On our way to Florida and back home... this will be our stop both ways. There are lots of restaurants in the area also.

Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. The breakfast was nice and very well stocked.

Our room was on the 2nd floor. The whole entire floor felt humid and damp. My guess was because there was a guest laundry room on that floor.
