The room was spacious and furnished well, with lights that were easy to switch on and off, and a fairly quiet HVAC unit. It was clean, and that is always appreciated. The breakfast was definitely above average. The mini scones were a nice surprise and were my favorite breakfast item there. Check in and check out were very easy.

The beds were very hard and I had trouble sleeping because of that. And it was very close to the Interstate so there was road noise. I was there with a group for a sports event, and someone else chose this location. I would have stayed farther from the highway. Also, it was hard to get to from the direction I got off of the highway-from I 75 south. I had to drive across a gravel lot at night to get to it because there was a median in the road where I needed to turn, because of its proximity to the interstate interchange.

Good location with easy access from highway. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast area. Welcoming lobby. Halls were quite. Parking was easy. Checking in was effortless. Staff at check in was kind enough to warn us of pending bad weather.

Shower valve handle was loose and sink in bathroom was clogged, toilet seat loose. Let the front desk staff know repairs were needed.

Whilst I enjoyed the breakfast, there was not a lot of whole grain options for me as a vegan so literally had oats every morning.

I think as a member there should be a discount offered on your booking otherwise what’s the point of membership??? I could very well go elsewhere for a better rate

The breakfast was great tasting, and all the staff were nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was very fun for my kids and the perfect temperature.

One of the mornings that we stayed there wasn't any seating for breakfast. All the tables were full and my kids and I had to stand and eat.

Very nice facility. Very nice lobby, the burning fireplace was a very nice touch. Got to our room, and it smelled clean and looked very nice, lots of towels in the bathroom. On our way to Florida and back home... this will be our stop both ways. There are lots of restaurants in the area also.

Room spacious, clean, and great temperature. Bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. Breakfast had a good variety and was constantly refilled.

Upon check-in the front desk staff was snippy when asking about Hilton Honors points. She did lighten up a bit after a few moments.

The room was spacious and nice. The pool was great. The breakfast was wonderful.

Our room faced East and there were no dark-out curtains in our room. We only had the small mini-blinds which helped but did not keep out the sun at 6am in the morning.

Location was great and the hotel was really welcoming. Very comfortable beds and pool was nice.

Breakfast could’ve had something other than western style eggs. Scrambled eggs would have been better.

Our rm 307 rm was very clean. But the window needs a blackout shade. The outside light for packing lot is directly outside. None of us could fall asleep or stay asleep due to the light being on outside the window.

Clean, staff was very friendly. Check-in was easy. We stayed 4 nights while we visited Chattanoog. Breakfast was good every morning. Coffee was also good. Enjoyable visit.
