The size of the room was very impressive, we had so much space to move around. Beds were comfy and shower very powerful. Really liked the roof top terrace. There are ice machines located on all the odd floor numbers. Staff were friendly and we felt safe in this quieter area. Good selection of bikes and scooters on the sidewalk to rent and Cook Out fast food at the end of the night went down a treat

As frequent travellers there are things we noted missing that make hotel rooms stand out for their convenience. Fridge was not getting cold. No stand for luggage to rest on only floor space. Phone didn't work. The safe battery needed replacing. Only 1 coffee cup was provided. There is no lighting in the ceiling needs more lighting around floor or mirrors to make it brighter at night This wasn't too much of a problem and we told desk as we were leaving so they could fix for the next guest. We didn't want anyone going in when we were out which is why we didn't report these minor faults sooner.

The location is great, you can very easily walk downtown to all the attractions, Broadway & the bars & restaurants. We walked downtown each day, it’s fairly flat with just a couple of small hills. The staff are very friendly & super helpful & breakfast is available before you start your day exploring Nashville. We also had dinner at the on site restaurant one of the nights & it was very well priced. Everything was clean both in our room & in the common areas. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I don’t think there is anything we didn’t like about the hotel.

Over all great place especially if you are on a budget. The staff was so nice didn't matter what time we spoke to them. My group did not take advantage of thier amazing rooftop, so if u stay there make sure you do it's a great spot to start off the night. They are walking distance from bars and restaurants, and a few miles from the bars on brodway

They didn't not have a restaurants on site along with the bar closing at 11, how ever it wasn't that much of a take away due to everything in the area.

The location was amazing! It was just a pit stop for us from text on a road trip to visit family in a Ohio, but it was perfectly located in midtown and was in walking distance to so many locations to make our time in Nashville very memorable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our view of the city was great. Front desk and Valets were always so kind and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and return. I will look for Alofts when I travel in the future.

I didn’t like the bar tender, he was kind of cold and rushing us saying the bar would close which was fine if that were true. A man walked up right after my sister and I got our drink and said am I too late and he said eagerly “no come have a seat what do you want”. But we were made to feel like we were bothering him, hurry up I can only make you one and that’s it, we’re closing after that.

The hotel was comfortable and ckean. Not a five-star, but a decent value for the money. The front desk person was a delightful lady named Shanta. She should be the ambassador for Marriott. In all a decent stay, but not that close to Broadway, which would be a negative for some.

Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We didn’t know that we had to request the room to be cleaned. This should be explained when we arrived. Not a big deal, and they did send extra towels right away. There is no in-town shuttle available, which ither hotels have. It would be nice.

Tuesday night Torri Allen played at the Aloft. She is fantastic!! She does similar music to the 2 cellos. Her band was phenomenal. The Aloft is lucky to have such a talent playing there. She draws a large crowd. Also, Kesha at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We visited from Georgia and had a great time!

There was nothing to dislike.

I went to Nashville with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We each separately contacted the hotel asking for the staff's help preparing the room to surprise each other. They kept the secrets from each of us and did a FANTASTIC job. My wife sent a romantic package to set up the room and I had chocolate covered strawberries delivered. They even upgraded our room to a huge suite so it would make our stay memorable. We will never forget the experience and if we are ever to visit Nashville again, we will be staying here for sure. Special thanks to Dominique, John, and Kris(hope it's spelled right). Not only them but the entire staff was awesome!!!

Nothing to dislike!!!

I loved my room. The location was great and 10 minutes from a lot of attractions. I enjoyed the staff and the complimentary water on those hot days. They also recommended some great food locations, so I ate well.

I wish they had complimentary breakfast. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Clean and room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Shower was powerful and location was good. Staff were great and attentive

The breakfast was available for an extra cost but didn’t have a great choice of items. Local places are nearby so didn’t detract from our stay.
